Beautiful location with spacious rooms. Very tasty breakfast. It was easy to order Grab cars for Trang An boat trip as well as Tam Coc. The staff were kind and friendly, happy to help with trip planning. As other reviews mention there is currently a large construction project happening - the hotel acknowledges this and offers a generous discount if you decide to stay. We were happy to stay despite the construction work and did not regret.
During our stay the restaurant wasn’t open for dinner. The staff arranged food delivery from a nearby restaurant and provided plates and cutlery but it would have been nice to eat in house.
The construction work started earlier (6.30am) and finished later (around 6pm) than initially discussed.

There is a construction next to the ecolodge, and therefore approaching the place could be difficult due to the lack of pavement. But we were notified about the incovinience beforehand and were told to book another hotel instead if we wanted to. We decieded not to, and it was the best decision ever! We were the only ones at the ecolodge, it was a very unique experience, and the recepcionist guy was super helpful with everything, even gave us a discount. Would highly recommend booking this one, because the staff is awsome and the place is breathtaking!
The construction could disturb some, but it’s really not that big of a deal, i think it doesn’t worth the rebooking.

I had booked this place mainly for 2 reasons:
- Located outside the overcrowded tourist hotspot of Tam Coc and situated in a quiet, green corner (still only 4 mins away from the boat departure of Trang An)(
- Offered a motorbike/scooter rental directly from them (no third companies/platforms inbetween).
What I got was much more: From arrival till departure, I was surrounded by a lovely, super friendly staff that did everything to make me feel comfortable.
Yes, they informed me a few days before arrival that there would be a governmental construction site next to their homestay and offered me a discount. To be honest: yes, you could see and sometimes hear some work, but it is nothing compared to everyday life in Hanoi ;)
Renting the scooter directly from them was super convenient; with no need of going to a separate rental company, you also avoid the risk of being scammed (you’re their guest after all). Very recommendable option for 200.000 VND per day (with a possible discount for longer periods).
Breakfast was included in my room price; lunch and dinner were possible, with prices not higher than in average localrestaurants. I had dinner and enjoyed it.
All in all, a great and outstanding experience I would once love to repeat!

The place itself was really good, in a good location for getting around the area and the staff were good - unfortunately there was major civil construction work taking place literally alongside the hotel which meant we could not enjoy the pool or other facilities. The construction noise continued all day and night. Once the construction work is finished this will be a great place to stay. When we arrived, the hotel offered us a 30% discount. However, in my view Booking.com should have informed us of the construction work well in advance so that we could have found other accommodation.
The construction work alongside the hotel and the fact that we were not told about it before we arrived.
