The chalet is in a wonderful holiday park, lots for the children to do and space to be.
The kitchen is well stocked beds are comfy.
However there was a damp feeling to the chalet, a bed side table lamp wasn't working, the fan in the upstairs bathroom was blocked to not working. Safety wise the banister is coming loose. There were also bits in the kitchen drawers so doesn't appear to be thoroughly cleaned. I understand that the cleaning is done by a separate company but I haven't had a chance to raise this with them. Issues with the chalet were asked to be reported whilst on sight but this is the first chance I've had to report issues.
