This home boasts a bright and welcoming interior, panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico from almost every window, a large patio, and a deck. You'll love ambling along your private boardwalk to access to the white sandy beaches and sparkling gulf waters. White Caps is located in the quaint beach town of Inlet Beach, near an array of locally-owned shops, restaurants, and family-friendly activities. Put on your best sneakers and explore Seacrest Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Alys Beach for an unforgettable experience; all of them are located one mile, one and a half miles, and two and a half miles respectively. Highway 30A offers its own local flair, so make sure you explore the entire 24 miles of culture and delicious cuisine! Things to Know Outlet covers are available to protect younger guests. Parking RVs, boats, trailers, and street parking of any vehicle is prohibited. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Perfect beach retreat in so many ways! The air conditioner is not preset and the entire house is cool! That’s a big deal for us. The views from every angle of the house are breathtaking! Two porches, a hammock, private pool! I’m telling you, it was perfect. So the ice maker in the fridge is slow. Buy a bag of nice and have a wonderful time.

This house fit our family perfectly. We enjoyed the poolside grill and bikes. Having beach chair set up was super nice. The boardwalk made the walk in the sand so much easier. Plus we could sit on the deck and watch the dolphins.

We usually vacation in the Outer Banks, but decided to goto the Florida Panhandle this fall instead. Stumbled upon White Caps. So glad I did. Everything about this house is what we like in a beach vacation home. Wouldn’t change a thing. If we vacation again down in Florida, you can be sure it’ll be at White Caps!!

The place is right on the beach with a private section reserved for you. The included beach chair and umbrella service was very nice. The included 4 bike rentals were great as well. Two issues while there that were handled very quickly and did not negatively impact the trip (flat bike tire and a wasp nest near the pool). The outdoor shower is for rinsing off from the beach and not actual bathing. Great trip overall and I would recommend the place to others.

Our family had great time at White Caps. Pros: totally enjoyed the pool, right on beach, beautiful views, house very clean, nice new appliances. Mike was awesome he set up beach chairs for us every morning. Cons: house being built directly next door so huge crane 10 ft from pool fence pounding in pillars - very loud and work crew there several days. Kitchen could use new bakeware and utensils, knives especially needed. Furniture very worn and property showing wear.

Pros : location and privacy beach, plenty of space. Ac works good! Bikes (3 of 4 were functional), Beach chairs were set up daily and put away every evening (except Saturday…for some reason they didn’t come out to set up?)
Cons: the house was not near as nice as the cost would lead you to believe. There were ceiling fan blades broken off. Some fans squeaked non stop. The house is pretty worn and aged. You would be hard pressed to park 6 vehicles as it suggests. One bike had flat tires and no way to pump it up. The pool is small and has no umbrellas! The rental cost of this house is not for the faint of heart and I expected more after paying rent for a week here.

I don’t know if you can find a better place to stay than this. The view, the ocean steps away down your private boardwalk, private beach with daily beach service provided, private pool, two great covered decks to relax, beautiful interior…all add up to make White Caps our favorite place to stay. Our family of 9 were very comfortable here. So convenient to spend the day at the beach, pop back to the house for lunch when you’re hungry, then head back out again. We’ll be back!

Lower level queen bed pretty much ruined the vacation of the couple who drew the short straw. Pillows were awful too. A few thousand dollars could solve this and this would be an absolute gem. Unfortunately the sleeping situation clouded the trip. Naps on the beach almost made up for it!

I’ve rented several homes and never had this issue before so just something to keep in mind. Of course, Covid short staffing is still at play so this could change over time.

Amazing
Our whole family loved the house, the location was perfect. The private beach was amazing, the kids loved the pool, and it came in handy especially during the second half of our trip when Red Tide came in. The house could use a deep cleaning other than that it was perfect, we are looking forward to coming back!

Location is great, just minutes from Panama City, but very secluded beach.

We really like this home but can not give 5 stars until the pool furniture is updated (several chairs broken) and the family room tv is upgraded. We like to watch tv in the evenings as a family but the tv is both too small and the picture quality is very poor. This is the same tv from 13 years ago at our first rental.

The home was just as described. Superb location and very nice home. The pool was a real bonus for us because the kids liked that more than the ocean. Our only issue was the temperature in the home. Due to having floor to ceiling windows and doors (which was LOVELY), we couldn't get the home to cool down until about 10pm. Curtains or shades during the day (while we were outside all day) would have possibly helped. Other than that, no complaints. Would recommend this home to all!

Feels like your own private beach getaway
We absolutely loved White Caps! The location and gulf view were spectacular, add in your own private pool, beach service, and beautiful furnishings and you’ve got yourself the perfect vacation spot. We’ve already booked this house again for next summer. The beach was beautiful and with Camp Helen State Park a few hundred yards away to the left, it’s very private. The owner was so helpful when I made inquiries about grocery delivery. She wanted to make sure that everything was perfect for us after we arrived and messaged us to make sure. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook. It even had a huge pot for crab legs. I highly recommend this vacation home.

The washer and dryer really need to be updated, they make so much noise it’s crazy, they have some very old ones, really need to improve there. Saw several roaches inside the house. For TV, didn’t see Netflix, would have been nice to have it.

The perfect beach house!
Our family of 6 had more than enough room, and could have hosted a second family with room and privacy to spare!
The location is amazing, with a peaceful private beach setting, and the amazing emerald water. This house has the goods and the neighborhood that you are looking for!
Extra sand toys for the kids, perfect sized pool (heated, but the heater was broken for our stay), beach service for chairs and umbrellas.
This was a trip that we'll never forget. Hope to do it again soon!
