Situated in Miramar Beach, this charming house for $711 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Welcome to Family Tide Pool heated from November until April! This remarkable brand new three-story, seven-bedroom vacation home is wonderfully located in the newest luxury residences of "The Retreat at Miramar"! Relax in luxury at 3000 sq ft, providing spacious accommodations for 18 guests. The Retreat at Miramar offers a one-of-a-kind outdoor experience in the Miramar Beach area. The Nautical Village-themed Pool and Pavilion is over 90 feet long. The Clubhouse offers lots of space for outdoor cooking, relaxing, sunbathing, watching television, or reading a book. The fishing pond and boardwalk allow for lots of family fun outdoors. The golf cart-friendly neighborhood also allows for a quick and convenient ride to the beach and our area's biggest Public Beach Access point. Family Tide offers an open living concept with plenty of space to roam and relax. The kitchen makes cooking fun with an industrial size fridge, top of the line appliances, a long center gathering granite table with plenty of seating for the whole family. Great for large gatherings and events. Custom decorated with luxury furnishings and beachy accent pieces. The laundry room and half bathroom are on the first floor for our guests' convenience. Perfect for those days when you are poolside and need a quick drink or an extra towel. This home is just steps from the pool, which makes it easy! Hang out in the living area and watch all your favorite shows and movies. This home is second to the end of the street, making it private with lake and pool views!!! On the second floor, you will find a King Master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, two Twin Bunk beds (open concept), a Sofa Sleeper in the living area, and a King Master with an en suite bathroom that faces the pool. Beautiful views from the balcony make this home perfect! The salty air rolls in through the large sliding glass doors when open, and the curtains provide evening privacy. Up to the third floor, you will find another living area with a nook (no door) and one set of twin bunk beds for those kids who don't need total privacy but need a space to relax. On this floor, we also have two King master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Freshly decorated and luxury furnishings make you want to sleep all day, but wait no time for naps; a lot is happening outside!! With balconies on the 2nd and 3rd floors and ample seating, you will enjoy amazing pool and lake views from all angles. Feel the breeze during your stay, enjoy a nightcap, and watch the magic happen at night when the lights light up! Just steps to the Community Pool area, Guests will have a blast in the resort-style pool, large grilling area with Green Egg grills, and abundant luxury seating throughout the outdoor areas. There's a lit wraparound boardwalk at the lake with a fountain, and yes, bring your fishing pole because it's fully stocked with various fish! You're just a short golf cart ride to the beach or dining at the World Famous Pompano Joe's or many other beachfront restaurants and shopping. My husband and I hosted our 3 children and their significant others for an end of summer family vacation. The house is in a great location and has plenty of room to spread out. House is pretty much as described and seen in pictures. We found the rugs in the bedrooms to be pretty dirty and could stand a good cleaning or replacement. Otherwise the house has everything you need. Plenty of beach and pool chairs/toys stored in the garage for guests use. Having the golf cart was especially nice to have for taking our loads to the beach and getting to restaurants. I’m sure it is not easy to supply beach towels for a house this size, but it would be greatly appreciated. Bringing your own is difficult because they are such a bulky item in a suitcase. All in all, we would return to the house if we were back in the area. The management company was very easy to work with.

Golf cart never worked right and the property manager was not helpful. There were no beach towels to use at the property and there weren't enough blankets. We had broken chairs that we couldnt use around the island. The pool was nice, but the pictures online led us to believe there were multiple pools to choose from but that wasn't the case. We were also told we would have vouchers for outtings and they never shared any of that with us. The house was nice, but the management wasn't.

The house and the management company are great. The house could use something to block the lights at night. The walk to the beach takes about 15 minutes. The neighborhood you walk through is not the best. Your only beach access is public access at Panama Joe’s and it is VERY crowded

This property was immaculate. Our family went to Destin for a wedding and this property was perfect to accommodate the entire family. The management notified us immediately about an issue with golf cart and it was fixed the next day. I would definitely stay here again. It was close to the beach and golf cart allowed easy transporting all beach bags etc. The pool was perfect with areas to sun and stay out of the sun. I highly recommend this VRBO.

Check in process was a nightmare. I had to reach out multiple times to get the code. Code was suppose to be sent before check in at 4pm. I had to email for the 4th time that day and ask for the code after 4pm. Listing said 7 bedrooms. It’s technically 5 bedrooms. There are two areas of bunk beds and a pull out couch on the second floor. Golf cart and location are nice. I would definitely rent one of these houses again but would use a different company.

The house is perfectly clean and large enough for our large family reunion. The location is fantastic, and the included 6-seat golf cart made trips to the beach or restaurants a breeze. Definitely recommend.

just a short walk to the beach. There was a cart to ride to local places like the winery, Badass coffee and the Thrift Store. I had a ball with9 other women for my birthday.

We were a party of 11 for my daughter's Bach weekend. Although I thought we rented in the 30A beach town area, the area was still a great location. House was a little sparsely supplied compared to our other beach rentals but well laid out for large groups. Beach/pool towels have just become expected when flying in but thankfully there were beach chairs. I would highly recommend this community

The most amazing place! We will definitely be back! It would be nice to have more luggage space near the bunk bed room and maybe some basic salt and pepper seasonings available. Also walked in to a broken ironing board and couldn’t find the iron all weekend but would still 1000% recommend this place. Maintenance responded quickly and Kayla was amazing! Thank you!

This was my family's second time at this property in 6mnths, we liked it even more than the first time. Stayed in a bigger hse to commidate more people who wanted to come after hearing about the first stay, they were not disappointed. Would differently stay again looking for the hse with the grill outside for the next time.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and the house was BEAUTIFUL and so clean! It came with a 6 passenger golf cart, a bunch of beach chairs, umbrella, etc., which was so helpful to have. It only took 3-4 mins to the beach with the golf cart and only took about 8-10 mins if you walked. So great location! The AC on the 3rd floor went out a couple of days after we got there. I called the after hours hotline (around 6pm) and by 8:15pm they had already sent someone out and had it fixed. So that was extremely appreciated!!
A few complaints would be that all of the bottom windows were unlocked, which I didn't notice until the next morning after we got there. I wish that was paid more attention to due to safety purposes. Also, wish there was another deadbolt on the front door (again for safety reasons). There was broken glass on the side of the house, brown stuff (assuming chocolate) smeared all over one of the columns, cigarette butts on the 2nd floor patio, the door to the garage wouldn't latch unless deadbolted, and we were given the wrong door code. None of these were deal breakers and can understand how some of these things can be missed when cleaning, especially in such a large house, but things that I'd appreciate the property management company to review.

The golf cart was getting repaired and not available. Which made it difficult with small children to walk to beach with all the traffic on that road. The house was wonderful however.

Family beach trip - June 2022
We enjoyed our stay. This property had everything we needed for cooking and beach going. The kitchen/living room was a great area for everyone to congregate and the bedrooms allowed everyone to have their space. Golf cart was the key to transporting everyone to and from the beach. Tip: Get to the beach early, the public beach parking lot fills up fast.
I would recommend this property and hope to stay there again.

Fantastic Place
Everything about this place was wonderful! We had a large group of 18 and the house had plenty of space for us all. It is really close to the public beach access, Pompano Joes and Bad Ass Coffee shop is a short golf cart drive away! The host was very easy to work with. We made some of the best family memories in this house! Clean and pool was very nice! Every morning there was a cleaning crew at the pool making it ready for the day! Can’t say enough good about this place! What are you waiting for? Book it now!

Extremely Happy with Rental
We were extremely pleased with this rental. We had a large group (5 families), this was perfect for us. The place matched the pictures on the site.
The kitchen and living room was a perfect size with plenty of chairs to accommodate us. It was also well stocked with flatware, utensils, and cooking items.
The rooms were decent size, I was able to fit my baby’s pack n’ play in the master bedroom. The bunk beds were perfect for the kids. The bathrooms had enough towels and washcloths for everybody. You need to bring your own toilet paper, each bathroom was stocked with only one roll. Having a washer and dryer on both floors was great.
The pool access was great, it was extremely close to the property. We wanted to be closer to the beach, but with 5 families and not booking a year in advance this was the best we could find. Since we had access to the golf cart it was easy. Also, the garage was stocked with beach chairs and tents and other stuff. I didn’t know, or I wouldn’t have have packed any. So, the location was not bad at all.
When we had issues the communication was great. The garbage disposal wasn’t working, and as soon as I called there was somebody there within 5 minutes to fix it. I called about the dryer she was going to send somebody the next day but we were leaving so it wasn’t necessary but the response time was great.
The only thing I would complain about is they clearly did not mop. The kids feet were really dirty on the first day from just running around downstairs. There wasn’t a mop at the place that we could use, just a broom.
We were all extremely pleased with this rental and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home with plenty of space & close (walking distance) to the beach! We had 6 kids (ages 15-7) and 6 adults. The kids had a whole floor to themselves with a separate living room and the adults took the upper floor, worked out perfectly! Appreciated that all 6 bedrooms had its own bathroom, the main level had a 1/2 bath. The 6 seater golf cart was nice too. I would recommend bringing hand soap if you plan on staying more than a few days, the bar of soap provided doesn’t last long. The fridge and freezer are quite large. Having 2 laundry rooms was nice. Driveway was big enough to fit all 3 of our vehicles. Pool was right across the street. Kitchen is stocked with all the necessities, including storage containers for leftovers. Kids & adults had a blast!

Bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms provide privacy for large groups. The community space offers multiple “Green Egg” grills, a large covered area, TVs, comfortable seating alongside the pool. Property location is one mile to the beach and one mile to incredible shopping. The 6 person golf cart is a nice benefit.
