Incredible Views of the Wetlands in this 4 bedroom 3 bath and 1 half bath Town Home! Watch the Gorgeous Sunsets from all 3 decks! Beautiful interior! Freshly painted, hardwood floors, outside shower, garage, grill, central air, 4 ceiling fans, All brand new 5 flat screen TV's, internet, and owner will provide 8 beach tags. On the first level is the garage. Walk up the stairs to 3 bedrooms, and 2 full baths. There is a King bedroom with a full bath, ceiling fan, TV and a private deck, the next bedroom is a pyramid bed (twin over a full) with a trundle(twin) underneath, TV, ceiling fan, the 3rd bedroom is a queen bedroom with a TV and a shared hall bath. Great main floor and sleeping accommodations fitting 7 of us very comfortably. Easy walk to beach and nearby ACME, CVS. Lovely sunset bay views on decks. Loved the fact that there was washer and dryer. Good supply of dishes, pots and pans, coffee pots, including a Kuerig and standard.
Bring beach chairs, laundry detergent, sheets and towels, pillows and blankets. Wagon available in garage for lugging beach items.
