Perfect location and clean but for me it what the stuff did for me what matters. Beautiful a

Breakfast was OK nothing special. Loved the coffee though. Just feel breakfast should cater for more palettes.

Hyvä aamiainen, myös "oikeaa" kahdia saatavilla ilman eri veloitusta. Sopivan lähellä lentokenttää.

"Gym" sisälsi kaksi juoksumattoa, ja xtrainerin, penkin ja käsipainot. Koneista yksi juoksumatto toimi. Tämä oli rakennettu yhteen yläkerran huoneeseen. En suosittele. Erittäin kovat tyynyt.

Um bom local para curta estadis em trânsito

. Facilidade de transfer gratuito de chegada e partida do aeroporto. Disponibilidade e simpatia dos funcionários. Quanto com bons padrões de limpeza. Dimensões do quarto razoáveis. Pequeno almoço de boa qualidade (sumos naturais). Bom isolamento sonoro do quarto.

Algum equipamento a necessitar de intervenção (ex. Torneira do lavatório solta, papel de parede descolado). Falta de artigos de higiéne na casa de banho.

Functional stay

Staff courtesy. Rooms are average size and design. Functional rooms for business travellers.

Breakfast spread was below average, with items running out and had to specifically ask for them, staff did not replenish on their own.

Perfect

The breakfast was excellent, and the Location is perfect, near to the airport and the shuttle is free. The staffs were professional, welcomed and careful about the needs of the guests. I will recommend it to everyone.

I have nothing bad to say about my stay. I liked everything about the room, about the staffs and about the breakfast.

Overall stay was pleasant

Very good location to airport and main roads. Friendly and helpfull receptions staff Room service was quick.

Better temperature contol in room Better TV channels options for international visitors (english) Water pressure in bathrooms could be better. Breakfasts was OK but could be better. Interantional visitors cannot pay in local currency (Birr) for their accomodation. Waitor service in restaurant must be more attentive. Very limited view and no real windows in the rooms in the back of the hotel making these rooms a bit clostophobic and dark

Great Stay

The staff were all wonderful, the general manager was also very attentive, accommodating, professional and super friendly. We enjoyed every bit of our stay and will definitely be back soon.

Will definitely come back here next time I’m in Addis.

The staff was super, the hotel and our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, room temperature was great, the restaurant was good. And it is close to the airport so no stress when we had to leave.

Not really anything bad to say… but internet speed can be inproved especially at afternoons and evenings when more people are using it. The bathroom had a small leak from the shower so a small amount of water came out onto the bathroom floor.

A disappointment

The bed was confortable and clean, but the sheets were showing its age and need to be changed for new ones. The room service was pretty good with a nice variety and reasonable prices. Also the free shuttle to and from the airport works perfectly.

Firstly, the hotel DO NOT accept their own currency! I saved Ethiopian Birr to pay my room service expenditure at the end of my stay but the hotel just wanted dollars or card and DO NOT have any sign to alert the guests. Secondly, the room had a tiny window and was very noisy. It is possible to hear the outside and the water flowing through the pipes all night long. At last, the bathroom was smelly. It was not due to lack of cleaning, it was cleaned, however the smell came from the drains.

Good value for money, stayed only 1 night so cannot say much. Worked fine for what wanted it for. Room service was also good. Seemed a busy area to be in as well.

Over all my stay was good. The staff both front desk and all other were so polite, responsive, friendly and helpful.

Great location. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast included was great as well.

There is a sound of water running through the drain all the time which you will hear. The shower head needs some maintenance as the water splashes all over the place including out side the enclosure. Some odor I believe from the shower drain also needs to be addressed.

Easy an convenient for a stopover in Addis Ababa Airport.

Stayed in connection with a stopover in the airport and the hotel was just 5 min. drive from the airport. Despite being close to the airport there was not much noise except for the street trafic below.

Had trouble getting an extra duvet for the bed.

I like it

My favourite is the staff, specially the manager Mr. Yosef he was extremely helpful and made my life so much easier. Everyone else were so nice as well. The location was close to the airport about 1 km which was perfect for my purpose and also they provide a free airport shuttle huge plus.

It was a bit old and it could use a renovation.

awesome!

i like the enviroment very much,my room was quite save for some noisy neighbours for 2 nights,there was construction next door and the drilling during the day,the generator was loud but i could block off. loved the menu variety,the service in the restaurant and also room service.the staff speak english and therefore was able to communicate.i will definately go back with my family.airport transfers on point!

i didnt encounter any thing other than what i stated above

The staff were superb. Starting from the driver of the free airport shuttle to the receptionists to the restaurant staff

The cleanliness of the place and the staff were very pleasant

The gym doesn’t qualify to be described as such. A tiny room with some thread-mills and some dumbbells essentially.
