It can sleep 4: one bedroom with a queen bed and a queen-sized sleep sofa in the living room. Guests can use the condo pool. Guests are limited to one car and parking is first come, first serve. The condo has cable/wifi and Smart TV. The beach front condo on the Rehoboth Boardwalk is just steps to the sandy beach patrolled by the top-notch Rehoboth Beach Lifeguards. Or head to the pool, which has lounge chairs and a dedicated lifeguard (closes for season at end of September). One of the condo's best features is its balcony with a great ocean view from the 6th floor. There's nothing like waking up to the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean on your private balcony. Make a pot of coffee, get the morning paper and watch beach life unfold. Fix breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen. The in-town location is a big plus! Forget about your car and walk to everything -- shops, restaurants, entertainment. Don't miss the evening concerts at the Bandstand during the summer season.
