About this bed and breakfast
Located 30 minutes north of Yellowstone Park, 30 minutes south of Livingston. 15 minutes to Chico Hot Springs. One bedroom, spacious deck, amazing views and comfortable furnishings. Custom built in 2015, large walk-in shower, well appointed kitchen, washer & dryer. hiking, fishing, floating and white water rafting all nearby. Owners live on property (separate dwelling ) to assist with anything.

This is an incredibly beautiful and comfortable guesthouse, and we were very, very happy here. The vistas are stunning, whether viewed outside from the large deck or inside, from the many large windows framing views in every direction. The guesthouse is very spacious -- far more so than we realized from the photos. We easily cooked all our meals in the exceptionally well-equipped and supplied kitchen, where it was a pleasure to find everything impeccably clean and in perfect condition. Comfortable sitting areas, comfortable bed, windows all screened and that opened easily, providing wonderful ventilation (as well as very responsive heating units, and an A/C unit in the bedroom). Artwork on the walls that we found captivating. And kind, caring, hosts! Truly, everything about this place was top-notch. After five wonderful days, we left with regret, and with plans to return.

This rental was the perfect way to end our visit to Yellowstone! We stayed for 3 nights and could not have been more pleased. The views and accommodations were beautiful. The kitchen lacked nothing and having the washer and dryer was so nice. When we visit again, we will stay here the entire visit.

Loved this property! We have stayed in the Emigrant area multiple times and the property is the best for location to the park! The hosts were so accommodating and made everything very easy! We would stay again for sure!
