Really don't like the staffs attitude and the way they do things, very disappointed.

The staffs, I've requested earlier check-in, rooms are all ready, but still insist to be on 3pm. Other people cutthing into my line and she pretend didn't happened and continue take care of others who cut into my line, and annoying me

it's okay

The very annoying thing is the loud music and the loud voices of young people playing billiards in the hotel lobby. I wonder if this is an ideal place to have a billiards table?! It is a strange thing.

Good consideration for biz trip

Room was spacious and clean. It's a relatively new hotel, so all things still look new

There's not much around the hotel, n traffic out is quite challenging hence it will be better if the kitchen has more food options, for lunch and dinner. Breakfast is good though, enough variety for 4 mornings.

Overall rating was good for a short visit and well worth the money. They could improve on FB options

Breakfast was good but local-focused, and not on International standards. The rooftop bar food options were limited. The bar closed @ 22:00 and the crew did not know how to make International cocktails.

Near the JORR. Not difficult to be travelled by car Pillow was super comfy. The shower gel smells good.

The room needs to be more sound proofed.

Pleasa stay

I had a pleasant experience at Aloft Simatupang. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Immaculate hotel.

It would be great if the toilet could be equipped with a water bidet.

Clean rooms and great staff service! Keep it up!

I chose Aloft Simatupang because it was strategic to where I needed to go the next day. I've stayed here 3 times and I love it's simplicity and it's just enough to meet the standard needs such as: warm shower, nice comfortable bed and blankets, rooms has always been clean all the 3 times I've stayed there. If you're looking for something simple but comfort at a middle to up range, Aloft Simatupang is advisable.

In the 3 times we've stayed there we had an issue with TV, it wouldn't turn on. We did our own "turning it on and off" and "plugging out the cable" but still didn't work. When we called the engineering, he fixed it by refreshing the channels and it was done within 10 minutes. We stayed there also during the month of Ramadhan and had their sahoor facility. I must say that their range of food for the sahoor were mostly heavy Asian/Indonesian food. We would have liked to have a little more variety of light but fulfilling choices like oatmeals or krueslies.

ALOFT SOUTH JAKARTA

The people are simply fantastic.

Traffic in front of the hotel and into Central Jakarta is very heavy, so it is important to travel outside peak hours.

Short but is really pleasant

I really Enjoy Staying at aloft hotels 3D2N & really pleasant. This hotel is considered new (roughly 2 years based on Aunt LiLy GM at this hotel). Of course there is some room for the improvement like the maintenance of the room(wallpaper near window is spoiled little bit), the room smells musty, and last but not least, lack of soundproof little bit (i stay in room 919). The location of the hotel to find many dishes in south jakarta is considered good. The comfort of their pillow and their bed is superb and the water pressure is really good. The restaurant during our breakfast is superb and I love the original foods from Indonesian Chinese like kwetiau ala tumeric?is delicious.

So far it is good and needs little touching up in terms of decoration walls and the glass needs to cleanse little bit in the future ya

good, modern hotel in the city. incredible food.

place is modern and very clean. staff is helpful and responsive. food is exceptional and the selection is widely varied, we loved everything we tried at the buffet and we tried almost everything. amenities are good, we especially appreciate the iron in the room. we didn’t get the a full bed but each of the twin bed is pretty big for 2 persons so it was still comfortable for couples. an indomaret is just beside the hotel building. other facilities are good; though we didn’t use the gym but a friend of ours said it was pretty nice.

the hotel is located on of the big streets in the city so the traffic in front of the hotel is pretty bad. it’s also pretty far from train station and bus stop so not very convenient for public transport user. the pool is small so it’s pretty crowded in high season.

The hospitality and the staff is very good, they are interested in making your stay a memorable one. Specially the staffs at the Fraya restaurant are awesome and the good is also pretty good.

staff was very polite and warm. friendly and accommodating.

no hairdryer. condiments in room are not complete. no stirer. in-room dining menu can be improved. likewise its taste and quality

very strategic location easy to commute especially around south jakarta. we requested connecting and wheelchair accessible rooms all very very convinient. breakfast was nice, lobby beautiful and staff were so nice.
