Good location.
Walking distance to the mall.
Easy to get Grab rides.
Easy to access the keys
Generally clean, but can be cleaner.
Curtains have mold, please change it.
Bathroom is a little slippery, provide proper bath towels.
Kitchen lacks drinking mugs and cleaning rags/cloth.

Instructions claires pour obtenir les clés, emplacement exceptionnel à côté du mall (très grand supermarché et restaurants), boulangerie exceptionnelle (Verbena) de l'autre côté du boulevard et piscine avec vue sur la nature (pas de building en face)

Location was neat to IOI Mall.
Room was properly furnish and well maintained.
Aircon and water heater was pretty new.
Water pressure was great.
Bedding was a proper queen size bed and not Ikea type.
Unfortunately when i check , the water dispenser was not functioning and leaking.
Carpark was at B2 and not being maintain.
Host strictly only allowed for check in at 3pm and anything earlier will be extra charges.
