Hideout at the Rim

The room was clean and large. The breakfast was delicious every morning.

The breakfast was great, just what we needed to start the day. The bed was comfortable, the shower was beautiful and it was quiet at night!

Nothing

The room was nice and clean. The house is very well maintained and the dining area was nice. We enjoyed talking to other guests at breakfast .The staff that cooked breakfast did a great job, the food was delicious and they were very helpful. The location was fine, although outside of town

The property managers hadn’t returned my texts to acknowledge our arrival time. So when we got there we had to call and leave a message on the emergency after hours phone. Fortunately they texted back the access codes for the front door ( which was unlocked) and our room lock. It was dark outside so I had to turn a flashlight on to see my way around.The bedroom was down a set of stairs that I didn’t know about, so my elderly husband had to lug the suitcases down a flight of stairs. It would probably be a good idea to let folks know about the stairs if they will be in one of those 2 rooms!Also there is no grab bar on the shower so I had to have my husband give me a hand to get out. I also wished there was a night stand on my side of the bed we shared. The electrical outlets in the room were limited. I should have done my homework to know that the coffee maker,microwave and fridge were in the shared kitchen, back up the flight of stairs.

Comfortable beds; clean

Breakfast was minimal, tasteless and not served hot. Our room was below the kitchen and was very noisy.
