Lots of things to do and excellent restaurants around. My host Horacio was super helpful and very friendly. Rooftop pool was warm all the time and Ivan the cook makes delicious arrachera tacos and guacamole! Thanks Horacio for making me feel at home. 100%👍

Spacious apartment in the heart of Condesa. Me and my teenage son wanted to explore further but found too much in Condesa and Roma to get beyond walking distance. Restaurants, street carts, markets, parks, museums all great all within a 20min stroll. Then, we felt we didn’t get enough time at the apartment! We meant to utilize the full kitchen but were too busy exploring the abundance of great food in the neighborhood. Amazing rooftop, pool, gym, etc. Super comfortable beds/bedding, climate controls, nice bathrooms. Great stay, highly recommend.

Horacio is awesome and the place is just as great. Super close to everything you can desire. Spent 7 days there and felt like home everyday. Hoping to return next year!

We had such a great stay here. It was a great location and the pool was amazing! Horacio was so helpful and easy to work with. It was quiet and convenient and super comfortable. We’re trying to find an excuse to come back and stay here again.

The apartment suited all of our needs for a week-long stay for a family of four. The location is great, with walking access to restaurants, parks and shopping.

Anyone traveling to Mexico City for the first time will love having Horacio as a host. He is so helpful and knowledgeable. His condo is located in a great neighborhood close to attractions and wonderful restaurants. We stayed 8 nights and the only addition we would like to have had was a more complete set up in the kitchen as we did not want to eat out every night. And there were great markets and grocery stores with all kinds of foods to choose from. We know most people don’t stay this long so this is probably a minor consideration. We departed happy and contented.

The apartment Great apartment that met our needs for two weeks as a family of four adults. Overall, we found it very clean and well-maintained. It was easy to feel at home quickly. In each room, we had enough space and storage for what we packed. The beds were pretty comfortable. Internet speed was pretty sufficient. No issues with four people simultaneously streaming Netflix, YouTube, and playing mobile game apps. Didn’t use much of the office space as originally planned. The printer came in handy later for our travel regulation paperwork. The kitchen equipment and supplies available met our basic needs for making coffee and cooking meals occasionally. Though most of the time we went out for our meals at nearby restaurants. Pleasantly surprised by the high-quality and variety of international cuisines. A note for those sensitive to noise or want to wake up early for a tour group. During the day, we like to open windows. Sometimes we would hear sounds from folks in other apartments or from cars on the street outside. These are sounds to be expected when staying in vibrant, urban city. Week nights were pretty calm in and outside the building. Weekends were more lively so keeping the windows closed and wearing earplugs dampened most noises. Location The location in La Condesa is amazing and convenient. There’s a great variety of cuisine to enjoy within a few minutes walk. We took the metro several times, the station is about 10 min walk. For a large urban city, it was fairly clean and safe neighborhood in the day and night. Loved being nestled between the two parks. Also walking distance to nightlife for bars, live music, and dancing in Roma Norte. The host Horacio is a warm and helpful host from welcome to farewell. He was quick to respond and so knowledgeable. We really appreciated his advice and recommendations of things to do and what to eat. We’re happy to stay here again and share with our friends as well.

We had a fantastic time staying g at this condo. It was a perfect location- walking distance to lots of great restaurants, bars, parks and museums. The apartment comes with everything you need. The rooftop pool is fantastic. Highly recommend this property.

I stayed here with just my partner and found it was a bit expensive for quality considering we were just two people. If you have 4+ people it would be a better choice. The place is quite dark, with few windows in the main living space. Feels basement-y, and it's on the lowest level. There is in suite laundry, which was a big plus for me. The main bed is large and reasonably comfortable. The place is clean, modern and secure. It's in an excellent part of town. It wasn't hot when we were there, so we didn't make much use of the rooftop pool, unfortunately, but it looks quite nice. There is also a gym on the roof, which I did use and it was nice. The host is extremely kind and responsive. He left us some beers and snacks to enjoy. We were given a code and checked ourselves in and out, which was very convenient. The suite is keyless, so we didn't have to worry about sharing a key among us or losing it.

Location was easily accessible, secure, and super close to great dining, drinks, and parks - endless options all within walking distance. Horacio was a very generous and hospitable host, who was always checking in to see if we needed anything and make sure our stay was going well. Would definitely recommend this place!

My husband and I met friends here. The 2 bed 2 bath is perfect for 2 couples. The amenities within the apartment were well thought out and while our host Horacio was available we did not need anything that wasn't there. As for the amenities in the building they were just as pictured if not even more beautiful! The neighborhood is absolutely charming and we never felt unsafe. Everything you needs is moment away on foot. The park across the street is beautiful. All in all an amazing experience and have already reserved with Horacio for our next trip.

This place is amazing. Not only is it a large size, the roof top amenities make it worth the visit. We used the gym and the pool. The location right across from a nice park, and very close to many shops and places to eat makes for a nice visit. Highly recommend

Everything about the place was great from the room to the rooftop and the view of the city. Felt really safe to walk around the city as well at night. The owner for the room was phenomenal w communication. Was always there when I contacted him. Great amazing time there. Will def return.
