Dirty apartment

It was very dirty. It felt like they hadn't cleaned it after the previous guests. We were shocked by the condition of the sink in the bathroom, the carpet in the hallway, it hadn't been vacuumed for a long time. The bedding on the beds was not fresh, wrinkled. The lamp in the room didn't work, the drawer in the closet was broken. We had a long journey all day, we really wanted to settle in a clean, beautiful apartment. In the evening, on the day of check-in, the owner suggested that we tell him the time when it would be convenient to come to clean, but we had plans for the whole day, so we refused. You need to clean before letting people in! Please note that we checked in at 6:00 PM, since check-out was at 11 AM, so they had enough time to clean.

Not the mountain experience, we were hoping for!

The cleaning lady was nice to talk to! The town centre was nice and the funicular was fun, with stunning views. We enjoyed some nice traditional restaurants serving local dishes and musicians playing traditional folk music.

The whole area is a construction site, we could not park our car in the property and had to asked a neighbour to use their drive. Dragging our suitcase through mud and gravel, was not the start we were looking for! The roads are non existent, a x4 is required. At 7am, every morning, the dumper trucks rolled by and work began. Two years at least for that to all be completed, I'm in the trade! The sofa bed was useless as it is leather and like sleeping on an ice rink with the sheet on top. When we pulled out the bedding from underneath, we found hairs, dust and hair clips. The shower was blocked with a rag and no sign to warn you. First shower, flooded the bathroom and there was no mops available. When we came back from our day out, we realised why the rag was there, the whole property stank of sewage. The radiator was dripping in the bathroom, the kitchen sink was dripping and will keep anyone awake, sleeping on the sofa. The shower has a one inch band of black mould around the bottom, the kitchen has years worth of grease along the back splash. There was no cleaning product such as bleach. No wine glasses or any coffee making facilities or a sieve for draining pasta etc. The grill needed cleaning before we could use it. There was no, kettle, towels for drying the washing up, not even a sink plug! I opened the patio doors, so my daughter could play in the garden. Only to find a fence panel smashed up, directly i front, with all nail protruding. I cleaned all that up, only to find the garden a sea of cat poo, which my daughter enjoyed counting! Then the final insult was, after returning home and 14 days later, we are still waiting for our deposit to be returned. The host has been very rude and unprofessional in the handling of this matter. The deposit is 500PL (about 100 euros) you do not find out about this until after you have made the payment. Also, what you are not told is, this is a preauthorisation request which can take up to 30 days to be refunded.

świetna lokalizacja,bardzo cicho i przytulnie, piękny widok z okna,blisko sklepu spożywczego,przyjazny i pomocny właściciel.

Nie było zbyt czyste i wszędzie czarne długie włosy.Brakuje mikrofalówki .Kanapa nie jest wygodna do spania.
