Having lived in Clearwater, I looked for a place to stay just north of the shops and restaurants on Mandalay Blvd., the main area of Clearwater Beach. This idyllic cottage was exactly where I wanted to be…and walking distance to Frenchy’s original beach bar/restaurant. So, great location, great plan to stay!

We had a great visit in Clearwater at this cottage. Great location in that it was a bit away from the busier parts of town yet easily walkable to bars, restaurants etc. Only a 1 minute walk to beautiful beach. Mary was a great host. Cottage had everything needed and was very clean. Can’t wait to go back!

The cottage we originally had reserved had an issue with the water. Mary contacted us immediately and put us in the cottage next door. The cottage was lovely. It was nice to have detergent pods for the washer as well as the basics for kitchen use. Beach towels and extra bath towels were nice. The weather couldn’t have been more perfect The beach was 75 feet from our front door. Will definitely visit again.

Wonderful stay at this very cute cottage. Very short walk to the beach and sunsets were amazing! Loved my stay here and will be back! I was glad that I had a car… restaurants were close, but in the heat it was a further walk than I wanted.

Wonderful location and cute place. Clean and well stocked. Everything you need for the beach. Would have given a 5 but one concern, the laminate floors are shifting and cracking/breaking. It also appears moisture damage on all baseboards-I don’t know if the place flooded once or if moisture is an ongoing problem but I worry if not addressed it will ruin a great place.

This cottage was the perfect location, and the perfect size for me and my two kids to have a little getaway! Far enough from the big resorts to have room to breathe on the beach, but close enough to walk into the center of it all if you need the action. It was comfortable, clean, exactly what we expected.

Great place for a small family. Easy walk to the beach and near by restaurants. We had a few small issues that were quickly resolved and managed by the property team. Overall great simple place to stay. We would stay there again!

We had a wonderful long weekend stay! Location was perfect! Seconds to the gorgeous white sand beach and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Check in was very easy and the bungalow very clean. It was the perfect size for my husband and I. Everything was provided which was a huge plus since we traveled far. The beach was amazing and the sunsets were beautiful! Mary was a great host and answered any question we had right away. We would highly recommend the beach bungalow!

Terrific location. Walk was as close as any hotel. Cottage had all of the amenities, as well as whatever necessities we would need for the beach. We had one issue when the battery-operated lock went out, but Mary responded quickly and even had a back-up solution that resolved the issue immediately. We would definitely come back.

Overall, our stay was great! I stayed with my husband and twin 2 year olds. They slept in their pack and plays in the bedroom and husband and I slept on the sofa bed in the living room, which was so comfy! Walking distance to the beach and so convenient! We didn’t realize there was a hose out front to be able to wash off sand until the day of our check out 😅 but regardless we had an amazing time! We will be back!

We are giving this a 5 star even though we couldn't stay past the 1st night. The cottage had flooded from a pipe issue in kitchen. The owner was very apologetic and refunded our money as it wasn't liveable. It was a very cute clean cottage. Wish we could have stayed. These situations happen and we just had to adapt our vacation plans.

This was a nice, cozy place that was perfect for my wife and I. It was clean and had everything we needed for a short beach getaway. The cabin is tucked away from too much direct sunlight, and as a result it stayed nice and cool. TVs in the main room and bedroom were a nice touch, as were the washer and dryer in the unit. The best part though, was that it was literally 50 feet from the beach. We parked our car and didn’t drive all weekend as everything was within walking distance. Would highly recommend for couples, and will definitely stay again. Thank you!

This cozy little Clearwater cottage was actually much nicer and even closer to the beach than we expected. It's been completely updated and was so comfortable for me and my daughter. We were in walking distance to many great restaurants and coffee shops. Mary was a wonderful host and got back to us quickly with the few questions we had. We would stay here again and again! The cottage was in a great location, a walk to the beach, and a walk to the center of Clearwater Beach. It was well stocked with towels and linens and hand soap, etc. Mary, the owner was very easy to communicate with and responsive whenever I texted with a question.

This property was perfect for my husband and I. Very updated and clean. Super close to the beach. It was on the private side of the beach, which we loved. We spent a lot of time on the beach chairs Mary provided sitting on the beach enjoying the sun. Very reasonably priced condo, especially considering she provides a cooler and beach chairs as well. Another wonderful feature we had was extremely nice neighbors. We really enjoyed visiting with them. Despite us being a younger couple, we enjoyed the more retired/snowbird community we were surrounded by. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

The unit was a comfy fit for two adults and a teenager. The unit is well equipped and includes an outdoor barbecue, new kitchen appliances and a newly updated bathroom. It is a 1 minute walk to the beach and about 10 minute walk to downtown Clearwater Beach. There is lovely walking north of the unit with mansions, clever mailboxes and views of the Gulf and inlet. And avian wildlife. Although weather was only fair to cold due to the front to the north, we got out every day to walk on the beach and drive to sites like the Manatees in Tampa. Our only reservation was the clothes dresser in the bedroom which was pretty rickety, but still usable. This is our second trip to Clearwater Beach. We stayed in another updated unit at the same address the last time. With luck we will return next year!

Overall we really enjoyed this property. Such a short walk to the un-crowded beach and so many restaurants and shops within walking distance too. Just the right size for 2. Negatives are thin walls where we could hear neighbors, and bright light on air conditioner in bedroom that made it hard for me to sleep. We turned it off at one point but eventually had to turn it back on because it got stuffy in the room. Only other complaint was not a lot of room in the bathroom for makeup, toiletries, etc. Thankfully we didn't use the kitchen to cook so I could use that for bathroom stuff. Would have loved a few other hooks on the walls and maybe a throw blanket for the living area but overall we really enjoyed our stay.

This little bungalow was nestled perfectly in Clearwater. Just enough out of the major crowds but close enough to walk anywhere. This had everything you’d need for 2 people, and it was really clean! The best part was the access to the beach itself, you can’t ask for anything closer! Loved this stay and will absolutely stay again!
