I like a decent desk, plenty of room to put my "staff" in the bathroom, the lounge is a bonus. Shower is excellent. Coffee in the cafe was good and so was the sourdough toast.
The wardrobe section in the entrance passage has no lighting. As I was only staying for a couple of days it was not a problem but if you want to unpack a full suitcase and hang things and organise them on shelves you'll be doing it in the dark.

It was a beautiful room and very lovely staff
Just the location being across from the emergency department and noises

Central location and the common area on ground floor was a cosy place to be.
The air conditioning didn’t work properly so every afternoon when I returned to the room it was roasting hot, despite closing the curtains for my entire stay to try to keep the temperature down. When I closed the curtains it was apparent from all the dust that blew out that the area hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. The standard of the facilities in the room was adequate at best.
