The Hale Anna is a beautiful, private home located across a quiet street from miles of sandy beach. This home is a legal Grandfathered vacation rental with Maui County Department of Planning. The main living accommodations are on the upper floor of a two story home with ocean and territorial views including Haleakala. This residence contains a three bedroom home and swimming pool. The home will comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests (including children). The house has 3 bedrooms. The master contains a standard king bed, the second a California king bed, and the third bedroom contains 2 twin size beds. The main living area is open and contains a fully stocked kitchen, dining room, and living room. Large decks face the ocean and Haleakala, plus contain an outdoor eating area with stainless BBQ. You can watch the sun both rise and set. AC is installed in the main living area (which includes the third bedroom) and 2 back bedrooms. There is an amazing private pool and deck. There is ample seating and lounge chairs. The deck has been finished with beautiful TREX decking. The home is located in a residential neighborhood. This property is perfect for families. The quiet hours on Maui County are from 9pm - 8am, this home is not a party home but perfect for families. *** IMPORTANT PROPERTY NOTES*** -Maximum occupancy is 6 guests (including children). -QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 9PM-8AM (POOL HOURS 9AM-8PM): The Hale Anna is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and guests must be aware and respectful of neighboring properties at all times. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Kihei home. There were views from every window—Haleakala (out back), corridor views of the ocean (in front) and tropical plants from all other windows. The beach was a super short walk down the road and it was a great place to spot turtles during the day and watch the sunset in the evening. The place was immaculate, and Amber was super responsive. I’d definitely stay again.

All I can say is WOW!!! Top notch, high quality property that is better than the photos.
Comfy beds, endless amenities for the kitchen and bathrooms (LOTS of QUALITY towels & mugs), ample storage for you to feel at home, great water pressure in the shower, wonderful BBQ, the pool area is beyond your wildest dreams, and it takes less than 3 minutes to walk to a beautiful sand beach. I recommend going there for Sunset every day to watch the families of turtles come us to the beach. So cool!!!
Amber is an excellent host with prompt responses. You feel like you're in a private home and you wouldn't even know there is a family under you!!!
Loved by all. Had myself and my 2 boys (1 and 3 year old), my parents (in their 60s), and my sister (mid 30s). If you have the chance to book this property, I can assure you that you won't regret it.

Staying at this vacation rental was an absolute delight! The host was incredibly gracious and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location couldn't have been better – it was ideal and central to all the major activities on the island, allowing us to explore with ease. The rental itself was clean and just the right size for our family of three, providing a cozy and comfortable space for our stay. And let's not forget the highlight – the property, yard, and pool were impeccably maintained, offering a super private and serene retreat. We couldn't have asked for a better getaway!

The house and the pool area is absolutely amazing. The house is next to thr beach where you can swim and watch the turtles coming out every evening. The appartement is very well equipet and Amber and her family are very nice host. Would come again.

Vacationed with our two kids and my father. Absolutely amazing place to stay. We’ve stayed in many rentals and this one takes the cake by far. You’re lucky to rent it if you get the chance. Well stocked, clean, close to everything including beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. Phenomenal hosts, private and beautiful setting, pool was amazing and the beach walks were beautiful. Thanks for having us and can’t wait to return sometime!

We were delightfully surprised with this place, how clean and new it all was, and how convenient the location is. We have a teenager, middle schoolers and a toddler. There are so many beaches within a 15 minute drive that can cater to all of their beach styles, big waves for body surfing, calm beaches for the little one and ones in the middle which worked great for everyone. Right across the street is a beach with amazing turtle watching and best sunsets on Maui. Thank you to Amber and Jeremy for hosting such a lifetime of a vacation for us.

So lovely! The property is immaculate, the pool area picture perfect. A beautiful beach right across the street, perfect for sunsets. Super close to an awesome restaurant, shops and outdoor market!
Beds were cozy, house was well stocked. Plenty of towels for our family of 5. Basically every detail has been well thought out. If you are lucky enough to book this rental, do it. We are pretty particular, and this home exceeded expectations.

This was a vacation of a lifetime for us and I desperately wanted everything to be perfect. I looked at so many housing options and I can tell you that you can stop looking now, this is perfection. The home is immaculate and even better than pictured. The pool is beautiful and well maintained and gives you privacy that you won’t find at a condo or hotel. Amber and Jeremy are on site to help but not at all intrusive. There are plenty of beach towels, chairs and toys. As others have said, the kitchen is well stocked!
The beach across the street is amazing to watch the sun set though it is very rocky so be sure to bring water shoes if you plan on using it as a swimming spot.

The Hale Anna house was just perfect for our family of 5. The house was well stocked with everything we needed & more. I wasn’t sure how much we’d use the pool but we found ourselves spending quite a few late afternoons in it. We were very happy during our stay! Amber and Jeremy were so nice and always quick to answer any questions.

What can I say about this incredible property and hosts?! The home is literally equipped as if it is your very own home. The kitchen has everything you could want/need to cook, grill, drink coffee in the AM and mix up Pina Colada's in PMs. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the entire property is IMMACULATE, inside and out. The private pool was an amazing bonus that few other properties offer. The grounds were lush and well kept. And Kihei is close enough to Wailea and Lahaina so you can go shop, eat and beach hop but quiet enough to not feel crowded
The hosts Amber & Jeremy were friendly and offered great suggestions but also provide privacy that makes the home feel as if you are the only ones there.
We would recommend this property to anyone and will definitely book this again if we return to Maui.

Wonderful vacation home
Our family thoroughly enjoyed this house. my husband and I brought our teen boys and my mom. Easy process the whole way through. The house was supplied with everything we needed. Beach chairs, towels, umbrella and cooler for the beach. Private pool was amazing. Amber and Jeremy were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Would definitely use this house again!

Absolutely beautiful property. The hosts have thought of everything you could need for a great stay. The private pool is exceptional and the house is immaculate. We were 5 adults staying and we all had lots of room. Beds were super comfortable.
Location was great we walked across the street to the beach on our first day and saw three huge turtles just hanging on the beach. It was breathtaking. Within walking distance to grocery and some great restaurants. Hosts Amber and Jeremy were always helpful and there if we needed anything. Highly recommend.

Everything we wanted
Well designed, well equipped. Quiet and relaxing with all kitchen equipment and even selection of spices. Nice pool area. Easy beach access for walks and turtle watching. Close to everything but a very quiet street. Especially in covid times when we cooked mostly at home, this place was ideal. Owners very nice. Coming back soon.

Relaxing Maui House
In a great location, very close to all the great Kihei restaurants and shops, and also right across the street from the beach. From seeing turtles sunning on the beach, to kids playing in the pool, to meals in the bright and spacious living area, this rental has it all. If we make it back to Maui, it's the first place I'd check for availability. Mahalo!

A big lanai in the front as well as off the master and second bedroom. Stargazing was best here. The pool area is great-clean pool and lots of lounge chairs. The kitchen comes stocked with plastic as well as glass for use inside and out . Plenty of dishes and cookware. A nice assortment of spices and condiments (most likely left by past guests). The host live right below but you would never know as they are very quiet. We only had two issues (smoke alarm and a/c issues) and were resolved in a matter of minutes. Just a short walk to a beach and have ocean views from the front lanai. Would stay here again!

The house has a small extra half bath so it’s 3 bedrooms 1.5 bathrooms. Each room is nice and spacious and the full bathroom looks like it has been recently remodeled. It’s very nice with a great shower. There is a washer dryer right there in the cottage so that is very convenient. The pool is a good size and very private. My 4 year old loved it. There is several stairs to get up to the unit so this may be a problem for some. Also know the owners live just downstairs in the unit below. They are very helpful and attentive.

We stayed at Hale Anna for 2 weeks and made wonderful memories! As a family of 6 who travels a lot, we always use a vacation rental as opposed to a hotel/resort. Hale Anna was one of the very best! Extremely clean, updated, and comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked, and the bathroom was large with beautiful tiling and fixtures. The beds were all comfortable with nice bedding, and there were plenty of towels provided. The private pool was such a bonus! I did not anticipate that we would use the pool that much, but it was so wonderful to take a swim after a morning spent hiking, sight-seeing, golfing, or discovering one of Maui's countless beaches. The pool furniture was in great condition and the landscaping in the yard and around the pool was lovely. Hale Anna is right across the street from a small beach where we enjoyed watching gorgeous sunsets and taking morning strolls. Our favorite aspect of the beach across from the house were the sea turtles! We saw dozens swimming in the water or sleeping on the beach. They are beautiful (and protected) creatures. Hale Anna is located in a very convenient area -- we explored as much of the island as possible during our stay and found the house to be centrally located. Also adding to its convenience are the grocery stores, restaurants and food trucks located very close by. And finally, Amber and Jeremy were gracious & kind hosts!

Great location, beautiful property!
My husband and I wanted to experience Maui without being a part of the crowded resorts and still have a comfortable and beautiful place to come to at the end of the day. This place was exactly what we were looking for. It’s central location is perfect to get to any of the beaches/cities you want to visit while in Maui. The property itself is very well kept and the landscaping and pool area are out of a magazine. The beach is a short walk across the street and you almost have it to yourself most days. We saw Hawaiian green turtles basking in the beach every afternoon and you will see a dozen more swimming around in the water. You truly get a real feel for Hawaii instead of a cookie cutter hotel room or condo. The house has everything you need and then some. It was so nice to be able to use their umbrella and beach chairs instead of renting or buying them. It was very clean, beds were comfortable, and the finishes in the home are beautiful. The owners were great communicators and very hospitable. They left us fresh mangoes and even offered us some fresh fish they caught. I can’t say enough great things! Mahalo to Amber and Jeremy!

Excellent location
We loved our stay in Kihei! Great location - walking distance to several good restaurants and pretty easy to get to most parts of the island. The pool was great -- there's also wifi at the pool, so those of us who were working remote would often work from the pool area. We really enjoyed having a grill -- barbecuing and of course having plenty of grilled Hawaiian pineapple.
Would definitely stay here again!

Best stay in Maui yet
This was our 4th time visiting Maui and this was by far our best stay. This home is extremely well kept and located near shopping and great restaurants. The beach is across the street so no need to pack up the kids in the car and worry about getting sand in the car. Our kids’ favorite part was the private pool. The kitchen is well equipped so I was able to prepare food at the home on some days. The views from the lanai are spectacular. We would find our 7 year old son just sitting at the table outside instead of watching television which was nice. Last but certainly not least, the owners downstairs were very pleasant and available if needed. Amber recommended some great restaurants. It was nice knowing they were nearby in case there were any issues. Fortunately there were no issues. We would definitely stay here again.

Just the perfect place for a family vacation on Maui. Centrally located! Close to everything, including amazing beaches and great food carts. Plenty of thoughtful touches and a private pool to boot! Just wonderful. Thank you Amber and Jeremy.

Kihei Oasis
We visited for a couple of weeks in February. The property and hosts were outstanding. The house was really nicely designed and decorated - tasteful with nicely executed small details like the fixtures and tilework in the bathrooms, and the themed artwork and furnishings. The pool and cabana outside was a great place to hang out for our family on "chill" days - totally private and comfortable, with great sun exposure most of the day, and also shady places to sit and relax. Amber and Jeremy were perfect hosts - welcoming, informative, and helpful at all times, while providing us with ultimate privacy and comfort. The kitchen has everything you might need including mixers, toasters, and all the pots and pans, and an outdoor barbeque. Plenty of towels for your beach and pool adventures, and even a beach kit complete with chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and a boogie board. It's hard to give such a great review because we really would like to come back soon - but it's all deserved. So book this place, just not when we want it! :) We would not stay another place in Maui after having such a wonderful experience here. We are a family of five with two young children (grade school) and a teenager.
