Location, proximity to the beach, 2 air conditioning units (in each room), availability of washing machine (!)
Not enough enough things in kitchen is you want to cook anything for you (not all people can eat outside due to health reasons), windows for not provide enough isolation from street noice.

Location was perfect, 1 minute walk to the beach, loved sitting on the balcony, very spacious apartment
The air con did not work, it was on but didnt make a difference to the temperature and in August it made for an uncomfortable stay

The hot water heater didn’t work but the staff was quick to communicate with us

Very good location.
I found the apartment very basic and lacking important details that made the stay feel uncomfortable. We arrived in the evening and despite receiving 2 guests they only provided a small bottle of water.
