This 3400 sq ft ranch sits on Melton Hill Lake, just 5 minutes to Hardin Valley and Oak Ridge. Newly remodeled with new floors, granite counter tops and stunning views. Perfect for seniors - wide hallways, grab bars in all bathrooms, and walk-in therapeutic tub/shower. 2 living rooms with 65" TVs. Super quiet with deck and lower patio overlooking Melton Hill Lake. Oak Ridge and Turkey Creek shopping 10 minutes away. We live just around the corner, so we can help you with everything you need!

This house was PERFECT for my friend group to spend a weekend away at. Absolutely gorgeous view from the back porch. House was clean and ready for our group. The host, Shelley, was on top of it all!

Good view of the lake but no access to the lake on the property for fishing or swimming. musty smell in the basement throughout the stay.2 car garage was a plus
