This 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath home sleeps 12 guests and has a private, in-ground pool complete with outdoor shower- making it the perfect place to relax with family and friends. On the 1st floor, you will find the light-filled great room with vaulted ceiling and an open floor plan overlooking the water. The well-equipped, spacious and beautifully designed kitchen has top of the line appliances, quartz countertops, brass fixtures, and an island that seats 5. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area has seating for 8 and opens up to the expansive wrap-around porch, which includes both a screened section and an open/unscreened section with a grill. The screened porch area accommodates dining for 6 and also has an additional seating area with a sofa and twin rocking chairs. The uncovered deck section features a grill as well as lounge chairs for catching rays and a circular table with seating for four, perfect for mid-afternoon lunches al fresco. Designed with several inviting lounge areas, the porch is ideal for morning coffee, sunset hors d’ oeuvres, grilling, family dinners, and more. The main living space offers seating for 10 or more and has a 65-inch flat-screen smart TV with a soundbar, a modern gas fireplace and a well-equipped mini-bar. Everything was great, except the owner had turned off the A/C in the house to save money and when we arrived it was 92 degrees in the house. Once this was correct it took over a day to get the tempeture to an level that was pleasent. They did however comp us a day of rent which was nice however, the first day did almost ruin the entire weekend.

This house is beautiful, we had a family reunion and everyone was happy and comfortable. I would highly recommend this property. Charleston is about 15 min away.

The house is just spectacular! We just went for a week with 7 adults and 3 kids and it was a perfect fit. I loved the interior decorating so much that I might try to replicate in my house lol. Some previous reviews mentioned the construction right next door but the majority of the work is done and they are mostly working on interior items so it wasn't a bother at all. It was a short walk to the beach, the property management company had everything covered (even washcloths specifically for makeup removal). Even has a pellet ice maker that was heaven! We would totally stay here again. Thanks!

Great house with clean comfortable beds, BUT be forwarned that there is ongoing construction all around this residence. They seem to be working even over Saturdays and Sundays. Tough to get in and out of driveway at times. Also the elevator is only permitted to be accessed for handicapped guests, so be prepared to haul your luggage up 20 stairs to the first floor and 20 more to the second floor bedrooms.

Upon arriving, we were in awe of the beautifully decorated home. However, a new home is being built next door and it looks like a landfill. The contractor has a very unsightly construction zone. The workers take up the parking area and do not make any effort to move their cars when we were trying to back out. Furthermore, my daughter ended up with two nails in one of her tires the night before we left. After walking around the parking area, we discovered about 10 nails. Some were rusty and very likely left over from the construction of our rental. The others were clearly from the work being done next door. As a result, it caused us to lose our last morning on an already short weekend getaway. Even though management credited us $300.00, it was still disappointing all the same! I would not recommend this home for your vacation.
