The isolated location of the property was great and the recreation room had good options

The location beats it all. surrounded by natural plantations you can fully enjoy the beautiful views and the peaceful sounds of nature. no noise pollution so could hear birds chirping, squirrels squeaking, and every soothing sound of the outdoors. the staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent room service. The in house kitchen prepared food and the quality was good given the location. the room was spacious, and choosing a room with a balcony was definitely worth it because of the stunning views. The comfortable bed and large bathroom made our stay even more relaxing. The breakfast was good value for the price. overall a value for money stay.
There wasnt much to dislike. One area for improvement would be for the kitchen to offer a selection of snacks that guests can enjoy during the monsoon weather. Secondly, the Wi-Fi could be better. However, we relied on mobile data most of the time so didnt feel missed out.

It is a nice clean place and secluded from the main road
The staff are friendly and it is a nice quiet place
It is not close the city
Food was okay
The corridors smell of dampness
There is not place for anyone to work as there is no table and chair inside the room
The mobile network is awful and wireless is bad

The poropery was accessible from Madikkery town.. The room given to us was clean and well maintained.. The staff who was available for assisting us was very helpful
The river stream was not available which was the highlight of the property..The propery needs a little more upkeeping and maintanance.. There are some work going on The breakfast provded was average.
