Die Lage hinterm Deich im Bereich des Naturstrandes ist sehr günstig. Der Parkplatz fürs Auto ist auch nicht weit weg von der Wohnung und im Garten hat man trotz oberer Wohnung mit Balkon einen kleinen Schuppen für Fahrräder.
Die Matratze des Bettes war leider so hart, dass man darauf nur mit starken Rückenschmerzen aufgewacht ist. Der Umzug auf die Couch ging dann einigermaßen zum schlafen. Es gab leider keine Sitzmatten für die Stühle auf dem Balkon.

Die sehr ruhige Lage, ideal zum Entspannen, Spazieren gehen und Rad fahren. Der Strandabschnitt ist dort sehr schön. Man kann Drachen steigen lassen (auch unter Anleitung) und Kitesurfen (auch unter Anleitung).
Die sehr ruhige Lage, da dort um 21 Uhr der Bordstein hochgeklappt wird und es nicht wirklich die Möglichkeit gibt auch mal in ruhiger und entspannter Lage den Tag ausklingen zu lassen und einen Sundowner zu sich zu nehmen.
