Beautiful place, divine garden, helpful host!

Bed could be bigger, was only 140cm wide for 2 people.

The atmosphere of the room and the house. And the garden … wow! But especially the fantastic hosts, Er(r)ica and Antonio (Anthony)! What friendly, heartfelt and attentive persons! The room was impeccable. What beauty! Very well arranged and fitting together perfectly. The bed, the furniture, the beautiful walls and floor. And all you need is there. It’s especially a great place for couples (very romantic)! The bathroom is also like you can find in the known home magazines! The garden and its view is beautiful, to say the least. Not easy to capture this in words and pictures. You have to experience it for yourself! Breakfast in the garden was just heavenly. All was taken care of! Got some great tips for day trips, parking and restaurants (especially Focacceria Da Francesco in Sarzana was fantastic). Very highly recommended BnB!!

We spent a long weekend at Jasmine Cottage; Anthony and Erica could not have been more welcoming. They were fantastic hosts, ensuring that we were comfortable and happy, and giving us recommendations for the area. Their home is beautiful & the accommodation was perfect- absolutely clean & very cosy. Jasmine Cottage is idyllic & I would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the region!

If you are looking for a cute and cosy area to stay in. Jasmine cottage is the place to go ! Antonia and Erica are dedicated to make you feel good and as home. The service is excellent, and above expectations, welcome tea, advices, every corner is decorated with great taste and you will definitely feel like in paradise! The garden is just amazing and it’s a real oasis of peace located right in the Italian mountains not that far away from cinco tero. You also have great restaurants around and a dedicated parking spot right for your car which is very convenient. If we had more time we could definitely spend a few more days here because nobody really wants to leave heaven once found. Thanks again for this great experience.

nothing it was just perfect!

Communication with the hosts were speedy and easy. I could see they were trying to do their best to satisfy our needs. When I told them I think I was going to be cold at night, I got three blankets!!

From our room we could not enjoy the beautiful garden view. Dommage! This house being very well restored though an old one, insolation was not very efficient. To make the situation worse, our room was next to a pretty busy street with a speed bumper!

The room was so beautiful! We didn't expect it. Also the owners were so kind and helpful.

Everything was perfect! The hosts we’re lovely. So kind! The room was big (bigger than the picture!) and the hosts we’re very helpful. Got a lot of tips. oh and they make lovely limoncello!

well if I really ‘have to’ say one thing then it will be the WiFi. it may be a stronger connection.

Stop searching and just pick this absurdly nice place. IMHO they should charge double. Breakfast in the garden alone is worth stopping for. Do it.

A very neat,but special place, with lots of details and decorations, that almost fills out, the otherwise nice room. Guess you must like that style… It is a well kept, small and private place, with a little garden, but unfortunately right next to the village road at the bottom of the valley. Good breakfast and very friendly owners.

-located right at the road - you have to back out blind from the small parking lot into the busy street - the house is FULL with decorations and fake flowers

An extremely pleasant experience in the Jasmin Cottage! Incredibly warm hosts They also know very lots their region and are connected to people & restaurants surrounding. The rooms are very clean and individually designed. On the whole, you feel very welcome. Particularly suitable for lovers.

We enjoyed the cosy atmosphere, beautiful gardens and warm suggestions from Antonio and his wife. We would always come back in a heartbeat.

In fantastic nature it was a beautiful hotel. Antonio was extraordinary host and his welcome was amazing (like on a oversea flight... he served cold drinks and refreshing towels). The house built in 18s could fit fairy tale. The garden, the breakfast... no words needed. We send hugs and kisses to puppy Lucky!

Antonia and Errica are such wonderful and welcoming people, they make this wonderful place they have bild come alive. We have had the most wonderful B&B experience so far and it would have not been the same without them there . The house is clean and absolutely gorgeous , there was not enough time to marvel at all the details and effort they put into their home Absolutely love the experience , definitely recommend and will come back .

The room is new, beatiful, big and super clean. The owner Antonio and his wife are nice people and very helpful. The gave us good travel tips (what to do in nice surrounding area). The hause is at a nice quite place (with mountain view) with amazing garden (equiped with gril and relax places).

My stay at Jasmin Cottege couldnt have been more perfect. The lovely, comforting classic style rooms, the amazing bed, the beautiful italian landscape and the gorgeous gardens made you feel like you were staying in a fairytale. Antonio and his beautiful wife made me feel so at home, always asking if I needed anything and offering to drive me into town to get anything I needed, even offering me to drive a long way to the train station. It was amazing to feel so at home and cared for. It was a pleasure meeting his beautiful family, I will definatly be back again next time I am in italy!
