Situated in Kingsland, this charming house for $144 per night is a great option for your next break. Lil' Granny's lake house is located in the oldest subdivision on constant level Lake LBJ. Relax under large oaks or in the large screened in porch. If you like to fish two private docks are just one block away. Located on Chevy Cove, known by locals as one of the best fishing spots on Lake LBJ. I even keep the fish fed to help your luck. The house has 2 queen sized beds, WIFI, satellite TV, DVR and Netflix. A fully equipped kitchen with both drip and pod coffee makers, dishwasher, W/D, blow up mattress for kids, gas grill, fire pit, and a 14X24 screened in porch Many activities are nearby. You are 5 minutes from Kingsland. Five minutes from the historic house where the horror classic, "Texas Chainsaw Massacre" was filmed. The house is now a 5 star restaurant named Grand Central Station. You are 10 minutes from 2 golf courses, 15 minutes from 2 state parks, 28 minutes from Llano and the famous Coopers BBQ, 35 minutes from Johnson City. You are just 45 minutes from Enchanted Rock State Natural Area a sacred site of native Americans, You are one hour from Fredericksburg where you can find unique shopping along with wine tasting in the area now known as the "Napa Valley" of the Texas hill country. Just down the road from Fredericksburg is Luckenbach, made famous in the song sung by Willie Nelson and Waylon Jennings. Comfy at Granny’s
Lil Grannys has very comfortable beds, very clean, and has everything you need. It has a very nice dock at the end of the road and very accommodating hosts. I highly recommend!

The perfect, simple, family vacation. Comfortable house and beautiful scenery. It’s exactly what we needed for our family get-away. Caught some fish, saw some shooting stars from the gorgeous deck, and enjoyed the kayaks too. Can’t wait until next year!

Super Stay
This place is a great place-it has all of the modern comforts
(Especially great water pressure and comfy bedding and mattresses)…but it takes you back to a place that was the Hill country, before it became so well-known and crowded. Gorgeous oaks overhang the road, quiet street full of rolling green lawns down to the cove.

This was the best experience yet. Owner friendly and answered any questions we had. Neighborhood nice and quiet with screened in porch totally made stress of city life vanish away. You could not ask for a nicer cleaner rental. We will be back!!

I love Lil Granny's House!! Best vacation ever!!
My husband and myself visited from Georgia. On our way to Lil Granny's house I picked my grandbabies up on the way because they got to stay with us while there. It was perfect for them. They played on the big screen in porch, we had smores in the backyard. They were never bored. All the neighbors were very friendly. Will Gilliam the owner of the house was so friendly and willing to help with anything that we needed. I was sad to leave and I will definitely come back on my next vacation.

Since this was our first time in the area, he even made sure to tell us about some local attractions to check out. We didn't get to stay long enough but we will be back with our daughter and some friends/family. Can't wait to hang out on the amazing new dock and take advantage of more of the water activities. Thanks to Will for being the host with most. Looking forward to coming back to Little Granny's soon!

Granny’s is a lovely cottage- perfect for 2 couples- right at the lake.
Will was a gracious and very accessible host. The beds are uber comfortable and tbe property has everything you could possibly want or need. I highly recommend Granny’s to anyone who wants to get away!

Will was an excellent host. Lives next door and is there if you need him. Even neighbors will help out if needed. Very accessible. House was great. Cute, comfortable, clean, near the water, pier available. Would definitely stay again!

This property is a hidden gem. Everything was clean and accessible. The ownership is attentive and always checked on us to see if we needed anything. When we came home, he made sure the outside lights were turned on so that we weren’t coming in to the dark. It is close to the lake and close to all amenities. This is a perfect place for a couple or two couples. We will definitely come back.

Cozy & comfortable
The cabin had all the amenities & comfort we wanted & made for an enjoyable visit. Will was the most accommodating host we have ever experienced, going above & beyond to make sure we were having a good time. We stayed here for 3 days, upon arrival Will came over and introduced himself and maked us feel welcomed. He showed us around the house and the lake. Place was spotless and had everything we needed! Ideal location for getaway
William was analyzing host. Our family had an amazing time. He was easy to get a hold of. He has a wealth of information about the area. He ensure we were comfortable and had what we needed. We can not wait to go back. This is a must stay for anyone looking for a nice peaceful getaway in the beautiful hill country.

Spring in the hills!
So I have been staying here at this property for a while now off and on... I can't recommend this little treasure enough! Plenty to do with the kids both young and old from fishing to hiking, to kiyaking, paddle boat... Etc... The people in what the neighborhood refers to as " Little Mayberry" are the best part of little granny's! Highly recommend a stay here with Will and Deb Gilliam!

I stayed with a group of friends, we had an amazing time. The property is everything and more in the description.
We were greeted and welcomed by the host and lovely neighbors. The lake is very close by and the equipment to have a good time is provided. I hope to come soon and I couldn’t recommend this property enough. Thanks!!

Lil Granny's is the best!
We were overall impressed! The southern hospitality shined through over and over here! As a first time VRBO renter we really enjoyed staying at this home. It had everything you needed, and more. We would highly recommend staying there and enjoying the dock to fish and the awesome screened in porch (with a huge tv) for wondeful memories!

Great Little Getaway
We were looking for a quiet little family time getaway and that’s exactly what we got! The owner, Will, is a fantastic host. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and had some great recommendations for local things to do. The cabin is beautiful. The beds are incredibly comfortable. The highlight is the beautiful screened in porch that was so comfortable and perfect for some family game time. Huge TV on the screened in porch was great for a movie after games. The lake is a very, very short walk from the cabin. We did think this cabin was a bit more secluded based on the pictures but you are in a neighborhood. However, the neighborhood is extremely quiet and it felt secluded. Would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing little getaway! Thanks so much Will! We did have fun, fun, fun till our daddy took the T-bird away :)
