The location - South cliff of Varkala - is calm and peaceful, in contrast to the busy North cliff point. The view of the sea from the room and also from the open dining area is great. Don't expect a buffet for breakfast - the simple and tasty food, with dishes set for each day, is served fresh and hot. The cleaning is done with care, and the property is maintained well.
There was a power outage one night. But was rectified in less than half an hour.

Most beautiful beach view, i just loved it. Shine and the care taker are so good host, helped us in booking the scooty and overall very polite and helpful. The beautiful property with motherly nature beauty was really refreshing to watch and relax. I would highly recommend this property.

The location of the property and the View from the rooms are great
It is not managed well. No room service. Not serving dinner at restaurant post 9pm and not allowing you to order in food. Rooms are going to get dirty and that is covered in the cost. You cannot say you cant eat in the room and stuff.
