Einchecken hat sehr lange gedauert, komplizierter Ablauf mit Kaution, Zimmer-/ Auslass-Check etc.

The bed was huge, there was AC, and there were kitchen utensils that came in handy. The pool was lovely so was the view.
It wasn't as clean, although they didn't clean the pool area around 8:30am. they didn't have the bedding for the swim chairs outside, whereas the photos they promote shows they do. there could be more seating/tanning seats under the sun.

Condiciones del lugar: demasiada basura y zorrillos que no dejan estar tranquilo en la noche, sobre todo en las bañeras. Adicionalmente, si llevas comida para asar, el dichoso asador no sirve, te dan gas, pero lo terminas gastando todo porque no se logra encender el fuego.
Relacionado a atención al cliente, no te ofrecen nada de comida como desayuno, que seguro si había, pero no nos ofrecieron nada, faltó mejor atención...
