Nestled in Playa Langosta, this charming house for $1,050 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Welcome to Casa Puesta del Sol Villas 1 &2. Come make this your home on your next vacation. Located in beautiful Playa Langosta, this is two adjacent villas with 8BR/8.5BA. Villa one was renovated in 2017 and Villa 2 is new to the rental market and completing renovations in early 2020. Both villas are a light, bright and contemporary. Each villa is 3300 square feet and is comprised of 3 levels. The first floor of each is an open concept and features the living room, a half bath, the kitchen, dining area and laundry room . The second floor of each house has three of the bedrooms and the 3rd floor is the fourth bedrooms and a balcony with sweeping ocean views. All 8 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The houses have been tastefully decorated with custom furnishings and amenities. The art work has been procured from local Costa Rican artists and the wood work in villa 2 is hand made from a local wood artisan. There are three stories of glass windows for breathtaking views that overlook the private pools, the ocean and the beautiful tropical gardens. Villa 1 has 3 king beds, 1 full pull out sofa and a twin over full bunkbed. Villa 2 has 3 King beds, 1 queen pull out sofa sleeper and a twin over full bunkbed. The third floors features floor to ceiling windows/ doors in the bedrooms and a balconies overlooking the majestic Pacific. You can watch the amazing sunsets, savor a quiet moment at night underneath the stars or catch up on your reading, while sipping on a cup of Costa Rican coffee and listening to the nearby birds and watching the howler monkeys frolic in the trees. Each 3rd floor suite has a large en-suite bathroom. Villa 1 has dual sinks and a stacked stone shower. Villa 2 has dual sinks, a large dual shower and jetted tub along side the large windows overlooking the ocean. The second floor master suites also feature a king size bed, a huge walk in closet, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a large walk in shower. There is a smaller terrace off these bedrooms overlooking the pool where you can relax and take in the beauty of the green palm trees and colorful beautiful birds that visit our back yard. The third bedrooms, also located on the second floor, each have a king sized bed, sleeper sofa, and an ensuite bathroom. The fourth bedrooms, which are also on the second floor, each have a twin over full/ bunk bed, an en-suite bathroom and walk in closet. Prepare delicious meals or a frozen drink in either of the enormous fully equipped kitchens, while admiring the birds and butterflies out the floor-to-ceiling windows in the dining and garden area. Each living room features a comfortable large sectional, a seating bench, an oversized swivel chair, and 55” LCD Smart TV. There is an indoor dining area in each villa or you can also choose to dine al-fresco by the pool. The professionally maintained tropical gardens in the back yard surround your very own private pool for each villa. Rattan style pool furniture around each pool allows you to relax and soak in the sun with maximum comfort. A gas grill is also available on each side for you to grill some delicious steaks or seafood. Each villa offers a private attached garage and alarm system for your ultimate security. It’s just a 3 minute walk to the grocery store, several excellent local restaurants, and beautiful Playa Langosta (certified “Blue Flag” for water and beach quality). Tamarindo is just a mile away, available by car, taxi, or another short walk to the south end of the beach.

I had an Amazing stay at the Villas, any issues that i had which were minor the Leonards were very punctual with a response. It was a memorable moment for my birthday. Nothing but Great things. The only complaint that I have is concerning the Concierge (Aly)Alyssa Nitsche. Every year when I travel for my birthday someone bring in another friend to the group, unknown to the others. Well, when 3 women backed out of the Adventure Day because 1 was in a car wreck a few prior to the trip. When i told Aly she spoke to me as if I was a child, very condescending. Also threatened to take any extra monies off my card if the people don't do anything i requested prior to. So i called to have my card blocked from any further charges. I refused to argue with her because i had 4 more days of vacation and didn't want for her to make things worse for me. I had a cook a few days, everything was delicious. The pool guy was courteous and nice.

It's a beautiful property in a great location well equipped and with homey touches like games and puzzles. The concierge service was excellent and made our vacation smoother than we could have hoped.

This property is definitely a go it's right in the heart of downtown shopping,eating the beaches the location is perfect. The house was everything we expected it to be I can definitely say looking online at this property it was just as you see in the pictures gorgeous each villa has it's own feel to it we was trying to see how could we get an extra day to stay even with the bad weather we stayed in and made the best memories in this beautiful home we will definitely be back and we know exactly where we will be coming at it was home away from home the owners they made us feel more than inviting we loved everything about this home. India

A wonderful time in a beautiful place. Great location for a tropical getaway. Three levels of very nice living quarters. Loved the open window concept. Lots of sunshine coming into the villa. Would stay there again.

This property was absolutely gorgeous and perfect for our group of 11 adults. The rooms were all very nice and the beds were soooo comfortable. The villas were very close to every thing. We were able to get everywhere by golfcart within minutes. The communication with everyone was very great. The best part of this entire experience was the concierge Aly. I has worked with her months before our arrival and she was always so helpful and patient. She helped book fabulous excursions, spa day, dinners, salsa lessons, golf carts and transportation. She went above and beyond to make this vacation phenomenal. I told her before we met that she was my friend in my head lol. She even stopped by one day and assisted with the washing machine. The only downside would be now that every place I go I will be expecting the same quality experience because every place needs an Aly. Overall this was a fabulous trip and when coming back we will for sure be staying here again.

My group rented the entire Villa, and had ample space for our group of 15. Additionally, Aly was especially helpful in coordinating fishing, a catamaran trip, and the adventure day, all of which my group thoroughly enjoyed. She also set up a dinner to cook up the fish which was fantastic. Mikel was very responsive throughout the trip and helped replace an AC unit that wasn’t working within the day. Overall, would highly recommend this property

We booked both villas and can honestly say that this is the perfect property for extended families or small groups looking for comfort, privacy, and all the amenities. The villas are well appointed and each of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom. There are two garden areas, and the lush pool yard has a BBQ and plenty of room for lounging and dining. Located in Playa Langosta, it’s just three minutes by golf cart to the heart of Tamarindo. The house manager, Mikel, was helpful and responsive, and his cleaning team was thorough, polite, and Covid safe. Concierge Alyssa was knowledgeable and friendly, arranging for our golf cart rental, delivery and pickup. She also booked a full day “Adventure” tour for our party of seven. What fun! We highly recommend her services and this tour. Owners Nikki and Brian are easy to work with and understandably proud of Casa Puesta Del Sol. We enjoyed our stay and know you will, too.
