Very welcoming and friendly host, always very helpful with local info.
Accommodation was excellent, clean and fresh, home away from home, very relaxed.
Property was within easy walking distance of the train station and local shops, pubs and restaurants.
Nothing, could have stayed longer as it made you feel relaxed.

The stunning period features of the house inside and out. The mattress was the same as I have at home, which are quite expensive. So an unexpected bonus !

Wonderful stay in this quirky, comfortable and delightful house! We had a very warm welcome from Melissa who showed us round and made us feel very ‘at home’.
The decor is enchanting and there are plants everywhere. We stayed in The Bike Shed and had several rooms to relax in, as the lovely lounge was for guests to use and there was also a balcony overlooking the garden. The bed was comfy, there was plenty of hot water for the shower, and we could make tea / coffee in our room or the kitchen.
The location is quiet but the No2 bus goes to the Historic Dockyard from across the road. We also enjoyed an evening at the excellent Indian, Desi, just 2 minutes walk away. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us Melissa - hope to see you again soon!
