Seaside Villa offered by Beach Time Rentals Historic 1930 Beach Bungalow on a corner lot 50 steps from world famous Clearwater Beach. The beach is LESS than a minute away! Clearwater Beach has won multiple top places in awards relating to its shores and attractions. This perfect vacation setting is more than a home away from home, with seaside charm that will constantly remind you that the shore is close by. Or, swim in the salt water pool and enjoy the hot tub as you watch TV under the outdoor cabana in a tropical paradise. Enjoy the warmth of the fireplace under the cabana as you take in the ocean breeze. There is a full kitchen, BBQ, ice maker, and refrigerator for social gatherings and family time. The primary bedroom has a King bed with luxurious bedding. The second bedroom has a Queen bed also with luxurious bedding, and the third bedroom has a Single/Trundle bed. There is a detached Bungalow that has a Queen bed and Sleeper sofa, full bathroom, full kitchen and living space. Great space for privacy. **MINIMUM MONTHLY RENTAL- CITY ORDINANCE** Important Info: Pets are not allowed Pool heat is $35 per day + taxes - at 85 degrees from Nov to April Spa heat is $15 per day + taxes - runs for 8 hours daily Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. My family stayed at the Seaside Villa for a week. The home is beautiful and steps from the beach. Mona and her team at Beachtime were great. Mona was super responsive - even during the holidays (thank you!!!) - and very easy to work with. Would recommend staying here or at another Beachtime property!

We booked the house because we really wanted to use the hot tub. Unfortunately, it worked some of the time so that was a bummer.
Talking through a property manager instead of directly with the owner was difficult too, especially since our stay was over a holiday and the business was closed.
The house was in a great location, clean and very cute. We loved the outdoor area and used it every night as a family.

Beautiful home. Separate cottage isn't totally clear. The kitchen in that space isn't up to the standard of the rest of the house.

Property is exactly as described. Beautiful home with a converted garage bungalow that has a bedroom, full bath, kitchen and living room. Steps to the white sand beach. Very quiet area at the end of Clearwater beach. The lanai was our favorite place to hang out at night, sipping adult beverages and binge watching TV. I would definitely recommend!!

Perfect! First, few steps into home and bungalow. Secondly, few steps to the beach. Family was able to go to beach during the day as well as every sunset. The home was clean, furnished nicely and had a well stocked kitchen, some small toys and plenty of towels. My son and Family used bungalow (children 6 and 8). My daughter and Family(2 year old) used the queen bedroom, hall bathroom and small bedroom. Grandma and Grandpa used the Master with ki g size bed and adjoining bath. The outside of this home is spectacular! Plenty of nice seating, a saltwater pool with adjoining tub area. The pool has about a 6' area with shallow water for the 2 year old. The deep end went to about 6'. Covered patio area had mini fridge, ice maker, gas grill, sink large television. We enjoyed during day and evening. In addition to bragging on this home, I can brag on Beachtime Rentals. Staff us so nice, always answer texts and questions quickly. They responded very quickly to an issue we had upon arrival. I would highly recommend this home and Company.

There were also plenty of clean bath towels and pool towels for all to use. First time I became a snow bird. It was a month of peace and quiet. To be on the beach just a block away and far enough away from the center of town. The home was very clean and provided seclusion from the world. The rental agency was quick to respond to any questions and made my stay most enjoyable.

We live in Florida but wanted to stay at the beach for a month. This little place is so convenient to all the restaurants and beach shops but yet secluded set back in a residential neighborhood. The beach is literally steps away and never crowded. Everything worked great the pool was a nice spot to cool off and socialize with family and friends.

First, Michael and Janet are wonderful owners....so pleasant to work with and very attentive to any of your needs. This place has everything you could want and more. Clean, comfortable and well appointed rooms all through the house and bungalow. Perfect hang out spots for the entire family to enjoy at once. Experienced a lot of rain during our stay but the cabana and hot tub allowed us to continue our stay in paradise. Not certain how there could be anyplace better to call a home away from home. Just want to say thanks and hope our paths cross again.

A month in paradise!
We greatly enjoyed our month stay at the Seaside Villa. We practically lived outdoors in the beautiful outside area the whole time. Janet and Michael were awesome hosts!

Stellar property in an ideal location
This place was perfect for our family vacation, including children of a variety of ages. It truly is steps from the very clean and beautiful beach. The house itself was spotless. The separate rooms, particularly the separate bungalow, were essential for us so that each part of the family had their own little retreat. The cabana was perfect for spending time outside while avoiding the hot June sun and the pool was amazing. We would very gladly return!

Beautiful home, amazing outdoor pool/cabana, owners are great!
We stayed at this property for a family reunion trip. The home is everything described and more. The proximity to the beach is a one min walk, making it easy to go back and forth. The pool and cabana set up is a resort; from the amenities, to bbq grill, lounge seating, surround sound outside, and tv; it makes it hard to leave the house. The interior is very comfortable and cozy. And most importantly the owners are extremely responsive, and very accessible for anything we needed during our stay.

Absolutely Beautiful Home!
My family and I have stayed at this home a number of times, most recently in March 2018, and always leave wishing we could stay longer. The home is stunning, and the outdoor amenities make you feel like you have your own private resort. All of this steps away from the beach! The owners are more than accommodating, and have been extremely helpful/responsive. We would have a difficult time staying elsewhere, as there is little chance any other property would meet our expectations set by this home! Would highly recommend!

What you see is LESS than you getn
The best pictures can’t do this property justice! The 1930 bungalow has been remodeled into a vacation home dream! The private outdoor area boasts plenty of room for all your friends! A wonderful kitchen and living area are beautifully decorated and functional, not that you will be spending anytime inside! Bathrooms have plenty of room, and the guest house was perfect for our extra guests wanting more privacy. We pay attention to detail, and this place has it! Every square inch has been used wisely!
Mike and Janet were wonderful hosts, going out of their way to make sure we were comfortable! Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us! We will be back.....unless we buy a house and become neighbors! ;)

Beautiful appearence natural environment
We had some struggles with the function our stove top was not working well our hot tub worked some of the time. The grill fan was absolutely chalked full of grease but the owners were attentive to the problems

This beachside home is simply georgous. The outside pool area was great for adults and kids. The inside is filled with a stunning ambiance and provides the comfort of a relaxing vacation. I totally recommend renting this house.

Fun week of sun - great location
The outdoor cabana and pool are amazing!!! Day and night, the pool is relaxing. Beach towels were provided which was an added plus. Having a private pool for the entire family with only steps from the beach was also great. The cabana has a beer fridge and ice maker. Many nights spent talking, relaxing in hot tub, and watching TV.
The house was fine. We were expecting a bit more toiletries other than hand soap. We purchased dish soap, TP, laundry detergent; stocked up for the week. The Washer & drayer available a HUGE plus. A few issues with WiFi and TV at pool during our stay. Owners responded to address any questions we had.
Beach house - eh. We didn't use it other than a bathroom. Smelled a bit musty when you walk in. Once the A/C is pumping, it's fine, but we opted to all stay in the large house.
Convenient to everything. Make sure you have insect repellent. At nights, the bugs are everywhere - it's Florida.
Beautiful property and we enjoyed a fun week.

First class all around. Beautiful inside and out, extremely comfortable and quiet, and the close location in regards to the first class beach makes this place a must. My whole family was in love with this place. The Owners went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay.

Exceeded Expectations!
My family and I rented this amazing property January 2017. I researched all properties carefully before choosing this home and wondered if the house would really be as great as it seemed online. I was thrilled to find that the home far exceeded expectations! No matter how much I rave about the great set up and location are to make for a dream vacation you have to experience it to understand. The photos and description can not properly relay how ideal it is. The decor is fabulous, the outdoor entertaining area is like none other and the layout allows for everyone to be able to enjoy having their own space. The easy walk to the beach was perfect! We have small children and it was so nice to go to and from the beach without having to worry about packing a bunch of things to bring with us. The path was literally only a few steps away from the house. This home had everything possible that we could need and the owners were awesome! They were so accommodating if there were any questions and very easily accessible. There are so many great features that I could go on and on about that we loved such as the the music system outside or the patio doors that fully open to awake to the gorgeous sounds of the fountains in the pool, sitting in the hot tub while watching the outdoor tv or chatting by the outside fireplace. We enjoyed our time so much that we were not even back home before deciding we wanted to book it again for the next year.
We can not wait to be back again and just want to say thank you to the owners for making this a trip that my family and the friends who visited will always remember. Thank you!

Fantastic Beach Rental
This home was amazing! Everything you need or want in a beach rental. Beautiful home and very comfortable for a large family. So many things are already provided for you to make your stay perfect. Michael, was always very responsive to any need or question we might have about the property. The pool was extremely clean and the outdoor area in general was very comfortable. Best of all, the beach is within a short walking distance; you can go back and forth with ease. We will definitely plan another stay at Seaside Villa!

Wonderful stay!
We had such a wonderful time! The home was perfect for our family. We spent most of our time in the outdoor living area watching the Olympics while hanging out in the pool/hot tub. Perfect proximity to the beach. Nice quiet neighborhood. Would highly recommend!
