Location is good. Very near to town; walking distance. Near to Masjid Ubudiah too (Kuala Kangsar landmark). Beautiful view; you can see Sungai Perak & the domes of Masjid Ubudiah. Helpful & friendly staff. Ample parking space. A great place to stay.

Staff were helpful and kind, even provided a room with a view of the river.
Room smelt unused and musty but it was easily sorted once we got settled in and opened the doors.

Location was the main attraction.
Just within 7-10 minutes to Kuala Kangsar's historical sites.
Easy access and the view is spectacular.
The room is spacious too. we got 2 extra mattress on additional cost.
Breakfast was good too.
Our room view was facing the river but the walkway from the lift to get to our room, you can see a small cemetery.
We were fine with it and nothing to be concern about that view.
We stayed there for two nights.

Easy access to town and many historic building
The pillows are not comfy hence to get a spa therapy after that
