The location
The stairs were a lot steeper and harder to navigate than 4/5 flights at home. If you are okay with the stairs then it’s a great location. Hot water didn’t work well in the shower.

Location of the property and how spacious it was.
A lot of stairs, very dim and not enough main lights. The kettle is quite old and makes the water have a strange taste — might need replacing.

"Great location when visiting Florence, walkable distance to Santa Maria del Fiore cathedral, Ponte Vecchio and the historic center, a very lively location. Apartment was spacious with sufficient beds ..."
