Great location in Oltrarno; clean, comfortable and well-appointed room; helpful and responsive staff. Ask for restaurant recommendations, they won’t disappoint.

The hotel marketing is good. The Superior room looks much bigger and nicer online. The superior room with a garden view is very small. And the room is on the ground floor with the lobby and other rooms on the fourth floor. The hotel is conveniently located and walking distance to main attractions, restaurants, grocery store, etc. We expected a bit more, but the bed is comfortable, the AC works great and it was very clean.

The workers were very helpful and friendly. We were able to drop our bags off early and leave them there after we checked out as well with no problem. The air conditioner worked great too
