Posizione buona per visitare il centro di Firenze, appartamento d'epoca molto bello con mobili antichi e soffitti affrescati.
Abbiamo avuto qualche problema, risolto una volta richiesto l'intervento, ma che comunque ha creato disagi (l'acqua calda non ha funzionato 2 sere su 2) e anche se solleciti nel risolvere il problema la doccia l'abbiamo fatta fredda entrambe le sere. Il rumore dalla strada è veramente intenso e disturbante, anche alle 4 del mattino.
L'aria condizionata è presente nell'area giorno e in solo 1 delle 2 camere da letto.
Bisogna tenere presente che nonostante ci sia un angolo cottura non è un appartamento in cui sia agevole cucinare un pasto e manca qualunque essenziale (olio, sale, ecc).

I like how spacious the space is and how close it is to city center (less than 5-20min to most attractions). We chose 2 bedroom option.
Wifi was very good and check in procedure was prompt and easy to follow.
I specifically chose this accommodation for certain amenities and it fell short for a lot of it. Providing not working amenities is unprofessional..
* This accommodation and the Machiavelli Superior House property is managed by the same group in same building on 2nd floor. Left on read many times when contacted through WhatsApp, so don't expect immediate response.
* Says there's an elevator, it was broken when we checked in.. that was rough carrying many bags to the 2nd floor (I'm travelling with elderly).
* When we checked in, one of the sofas was wet from a baby bottle from a previous guest.. makes you question if they even came back here to check everything/ prep before the next guests. It stained the coach by the way.
* Yes there's AC (2 in fact, one in the living room but the AC in the bedroom doesn't work (either the remote/ actual unit, im not sure) Requested support from the property host, they said they would send someone to fix it, they never did.. lol wth??
* Microwave provided, plugged it in, it doesn't work... its a basic microwave too.
* 3 fans provided, one of the fans doesn't work lol wth..
* bathtub/ shower is not elderly friendly. The bathtub is elevated higher than the floor with no holder of any kind when you are exiting and the bathroom floors get wet/ slippery easily. One of us fell 😭😭 on first day.
* No vent or bug screen in bathroom. Hard the ventilate the area and bugs frequently came thriugh the window 😩 (Its early september too!)
* No hot water, if you like lightly warm water or cold water its fine.

Location was excellent and clean. Enjoyed the unique art associated with the apt.
AC issues, only 2 AC units. One AC unit did keep one BR cool. Other was clearly undersized and not capable to cool FR LR KIT HALL and 2nd BR. Hot water issues. No hot water 2 of 3 days.

Great location
Air conditioning broken on arrival and not fixed for our entire stay. Unable to sleep as had to leave windows open to try to get some air however extremely noisy street. Temperature over 35°.
