Nestled in Florence, this lovely condo for $184 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Authorization number of the local authority for short-term rentals "048017LTN5719" Lovely and spacious apartment (890 sqft) with a gorgeous balcony overlooking a breathtaking view of the Brunelleschi Dome, the historical city center and the sloping hills surround the Arno Valley. Apartment is located on 6th floor of a building with elevator (lift). Perfectly located next to the Arno River, inside the ancient wall of the old Town, walking distance to all main sites of Florence (Santa Maria Novella, Ognissanti Church and Cenacolo, Duomo, Uffizzi, Ponte Vecchio, Piazza Signoria and more ). 1 bedroom ( 1 bed 180x200cm, 72x79in), convertible in 2 Twin/single bed (90x200cm 35,5x79in,) Large living room with sofa bed for 2 people (140x160 cm) + 2 single sofabed (80x200cm) and dining room, We can provide a cot and high chair for you baby upon request. Equipped kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and shower. TV sat, dishwasher, washing machine, heating, air conditioning, internet HIGH-SPEED WI-FI in all room. Pet is welcome too under previous request. If you arrive by car, I suggest you to book a garage in advance because we are in a restricted traffic area. Otherwise you won't have access to Via Maso Finiguerra. I can book a garage for you, or you can made yourself, the closest garage are Excelsior in Palazzuolo street and Europa in Borgo Ognissanti. The apartment has a beautiful balcony with table and chairs that overlooks the landscape of Florence. We can suggest you guided tours in English, French, Spanish and Turkish. Ask in advance, I'll give you a direct contact. The Train Station is only 4 minutes walk, the Duomo is 8 minutes walk. check in is at after 2:00 pm check out is at 10:00 am if your needs were different, we will try to accommodate you, consistent with the current availability. In case of availability extra fees are: Check in between 7:30 Pm and 9:00 PM extra €20, between 9:00 PM and Midnight €30. Check in after Midnight € 50 (not always possible please ask for availability) You are kindly requested to leave the apartment as clean as possible, wash the dishes and throw away the garbage. We stayed in this apartment for 10 days over the New Year holiday, and it was even better than we could have imagined. The location was great - quiet neighborhood with all amenities and sights within a short walk. The balcony views were stunning. The bedroom had a very comfortable king-sized bed, and the room could be almost totally blacked out and sound proof with the metal shutters rolled down outside the windows. The kitchen was perfect for cooking, and the other amenities were all exactly what we needed. Paola and Alfredo were the perfect hosts - extremely helpful, friendly, and were always available to meet every need. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Firenze. Amazing property!

Paula is a excellent host. She came and met us at the railway station. A genuinely lovely person. The apartment is beautiful. The view is worth the booking alone. The location is excellent for the rail and bus stations. We used Florence as a center for daytrips. Venice is only 2hrs away. Florence center is a easy walk, as are all the main sites. We really liked the little restaurant opposite the apartment. Very friendly and good food. The only down point is that being near the rail station there are a few dodgy looking people. But we never had any problems, and after 10pm it was quiet and we had no problems sleeping. Paula saw us off and booked a taxi for us. Highely recommend.

The apartment is perfectly located to walk just about anywhere you might want to visit. It is cozy, comfortable, and clean. The view is exactly as shown in the pictures… but so much better in person! Our hosts were gracious, helpful and very responsive to all communication. If we ever get back to Florence this is the place to stay!!!!

I had an amazing 3-week stay in this very comfortable apartment! It provided all the amenities I needed (even if I didn't use all of them): A/C (but there are many windows for great ventilation), washer/dryer, stove/oven & fridge. HUGE space and plenty of clothing storage. Paolo and Alfredo were incredibly welcoming and helpful -- they will give you lots of guidance if you want it, and leave you alone, if you don't. Very, very lovely people. I will miss the VIEW (I even took a video of it so I can relive it). And such a great location -- to the tram (to/from airport), bus station (to Siena), and SMN train station (everywhere else you may want to take a day trip). This trip was a BIG DEAL for me and was 4 years in the making. It lived up to (and exceeded) all expectations and the apartment was an incredible place to come "home" to each night.

The view is what sold me on staying at this apartment and as soon as we arrived I was blown away. I think I spent the most time in the terrace just soaking in the city. The rest of the apartment was really cute and the king size bed was a plus and also super comfortable!!
Everywhere we wanted to go and see was within a 10 min walk to the apartment so it made it really easy to explore Florence!
The hosts, Paola and Alfredo were wonderful and responded to any messages very quickly and we're there to meet us at check in and check out. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone staying in Florence. Wish I could go back now

The view, the view, the view, the view, the view. That's all you really need to know because it is spectacular: a large balcony where you can sit and have breakfast, plan your day, drink wine and see all of Florence from the Duomo and the city's towers to the hills beyond. We also loved the apartment's location because it was close enough to walk everywhere we needed to go: the sights, the train station, across the Arno, but was not mobbed with tourists. We also shopped everyday in the neighborhood for groceries, bread, pastries, fresh fruit and vegetables, coffee, gelato...everything we needed was close by. The apartment was very clean, simple, and spacious. The main bedroom was comfortable, my daughter slept on the extra bed in the living room which was a bit more like a cot so maybe not great for someone older but fine for a teenager. Paolo met us at the apartment when we arrived and was very kind, gave us lots of tips and advice and was available all week if we needed anything. We would definitely stay in this lovely apartment again the next time we come to Florence.

This apartment is absolutely wonderful! My wife an I just stayed there June19th-29th. First of all the apartment is EXACTLY has pictured, and it is spotlessly clean. The view from the terrace is worth the rental cost alone! The apartment has everything you need for a wonderful stay. It is centrally located to all sites. Many restaurants and cafes are steps away. A market is around the corner for all your needs. It is less than a 10 minute walk from the bus and train station, which we used for a
a quick overnight trip toVenice, and a day trip to Siena
But probably the best thing about this rental are the hosts, Paola and Alfredo. They greeted us upon arrival, explained everything and throughout our stay gave us many tips. When we did day trips, they had travel and restaurant suggestions. We had difficulty getting a taxi to the airport, Alfredo drove us. Who could ask for better service?

Paola and her apartment are the perfect partners to make the most out of visiting Florence. From you morning espresso on the deck to watch the sunrise behind Santa Maria del Fiore (we did this for 30 consecutive mornings) to the convenience to train, Santa Maria Novella, San Lorenzo, Arno, Oltrarno, groceries, cafes, pastries and more, there's not a better value than this place. Pictures and descriptions accurate, but it's impossible to describe how helpful Paola is on top of all this. We couldn't be happier we found this match for a month in our favorite city;

The kitchen had all we needed, plus there was a decent city market and good bakery right around the corner. Pretty convenient to most places we wanted to go, but we did need a taxi now and then. A bit away from the center of sightseeing, so it was quiet at night. The AC and lift both worked well, much to our relief. Also the shower worked without any weirdness, unlike our other lodging. There is a convenient place to hang your wash to dry. Definitely recommended!

I spent six weeks here this summer and it is my favorite apartment I have ever stayed in. The views from the balcony are absolutely fantastic., especially at sunrise. The apartment is quite large, with high ceilings and great AC units. Comfortable bed with top quality linens and towels. Paola provides everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The kitchen has everything to cook meals at home and a Lavazza espresso machine. The bathroom is very spacious, with a great shower/tub. But the best thing about this apartment is the hosts. Paola and Alfredo are so gracious and kind. Great communication and they will check in with you during your stay as they want it to be perfect. I have traveled all over Europe and Paola and Alfredo are the best hosts I have had. If you are coming to Florence, I highly recommend their apartment! It will be the best part of your trip.

Perhaps the best view in Florence.
The city view here is incredible at all times of the day. You will wake up to church bells and a cool morning breeze every morning. The apartment is spacious and has pretty much everything you would conceivably need during your stay in Florence. It is conveniently located 5 minutes from the train station and the bus station. Host (Paola) is very nice and told us we could contact her if we needed anything. Check in and check out was easily arranged. If you are considering staying here, just go ahead and book it. You will not regret choosing this rental. This apartment was one of the highlights of our 8 day trip to Italy. Hopefully we can return one day.

Fantastic Owners and Apartment
The owners were very welcoming, kind, and professional. Our trip occurred at the beginning of the Coronavirus outbreak, and to sum it up—the owners went above and beyond to help us out. And the view from the apartment is breathtaking; it was the highlight of our trip. Also, the high ceilings make the apartment feel much larger. The owners provided a nice supply of everything—even coffee. And there was a hair dryer, very nice, because American dryers do not work there. The location was ideal—being only a 10 to 20 minute walk from all the major sites. We walked along the river every day—very beautiful stroll and only 2 minutes from apartment. We enjoyed the pizza and pasta at the pizzeria just across the street. I would suggest checking out the shops on the other side of the river and try the gelato everywhere! We hope to soon return.

Beautiful apartment and great location with wonderful view of the city.
Wonderful experience. Alfredo met us upon check in, helped us with parking and helped us to the apartment with our luggage. He also provided us with great recommendations for local eateries and sights. Homemade pasta and sauce (also recommended by Alfredo) from a near by shop and a complimentary bottle of wine from our hosts made for a great “home cooked” meal we enjoyed on the patio overlooking the beautiful lights and scenery of Florence.

Amazing view of Florence
Great location to take in what Florence has to offer. Apartment well equipped and furnished. Dining out on patio over looking the Duomo is priceless. Within walking distance of dining and attractions. Would definitely stay here again, and the quick walk from train station is a huge plus.

Vista incredibile!
We had a wonderful 8 night stay in this lovely apartment. It’s quite spacious and much larger than other apartments we considered. It has a comfortable bed and is very quiet and peaceful at night, which we really liked.
The view is tremendous! Pictures do not do it justice. The 180 degree panorama from the large balcony is simply breathtaking! I can’t imagine a better view of Florence. The location is excellent, an easy walk to all the wonders that Florence has to offer. The train station is an easy five minute walk. There are many fine restaurants in the neighborhood, grocery stores, pharmacies, etc. Parking and car rental right next door. This apartment has everything you need, and if it doesn’t, Alfredo and Paola are easy to reach either online or from the cell phone that’s included in the apartment for your use. They were very helpful during our stay.
Both a/c units work fine and the elevator is modern and reliable. We hope to return to this gorgeous city some day and when we do this apartment will be our first choice. Highly recommended!

One of the best
Porta al Prato has everything.
The top floor apartment has city views and within walking distance of most popular historic sites. Included are lots of mod cons, HDTV, aircon, elevator, wifi and thankfully situated in a fairly quiet area.
Alfredo our host was welcoming and thorough and left enough information to enhance our stay in Florence.
‘Truely a home away from home’ and we enjoyed our stay.

Great location and great hosts
This is a great location near train station and short walk to city center. The hosts were terrific. Quick response to our needs and helpful with local activities and advice. The view and patio were unbeatable. The location is away from tourist activity with access to local bakeries and coffee shops. Just what we were looking for.

If we ever come back to Florence, we will stay here. Communication with both Paola and Alfredo was excellent. The apartment is a very easy and short walk from the train station. Alfredo was already at the apartment to greet us and was very helpful, friendly, and informative! The apartment is spacious and very well equipped. The view is spectacular! Alfredo even came to say goodbye before we left. Wonderful place, absolutely no complaints.

Apartment With A View
This is a wonderful apartment with a fantastic view of the Duomo and the city of Florence. On 6th floor but there is a small elevator. Alfredo met us and gave us all the information we needed. Cleaning fee is extra on top of taxes. Had set up 2 cots for our adult sons so we could still use couches. Kitchen is a bit small but fully functional and laundry machine was bonus. Market around the corner. Restaurant across the street excellent and reasonable. Very walkable to most places but taxis were accessible and reasonable if you are elderly or have young children. We were here in heat wave but air conditioning worked great and we closed roller blinds during day while we were out to keep heat down. Loved this apartment, will definitely come back and recommend to friends!
