Its proximity to Santo Spirito and the fact it was very close to the Arno, and the Boboli, yet far enough away to not be terribly touristy.
The apartment was a great size for 3 women guests ~ our mother aged 75 and daughters aged early 50’s. We each had a bedroom, 1 being a fold out sofa bed in the living area. We loved having a back balcony that overlooked local rooftops and balcony’s plus has a glimpse of green hills. The beautiful bells of the nearby church start ringing at 7.30, and this is really charming.
The apartment is fully air conditioned and has 2bathrooms. It is decorated beautifully. We were so so delighted to stay at Nugolo Atelier. Pics included are of the street scape nearby, a wee cat that sits on the rooftop outside the kitchen and also the back balcony view from bedroom 2.

The quality of the furnishings
The communal entrance hall was very dark and dirty. First impressions - I was concerned. Apartment nice and light, neighbours who live in the block quite noisy but not a fault of the apartment. It’s located in the ‘locals’ neighbourhood so quiet in the evening but meant we had to walk each day 15+ minutes for the attractions. Would I stay here again? Yes.

La décoration, la terrasse, deux salles de bains.
L'appartement est plutôt pour 4 personnes car le divan lit privé alors l'appartement d'un salon.
