Bella struttura, molto bella la piscina, bellissima l'area benessere con sauna, idromassaggio, bagno turco. Piscina, area wellness e bagni della struttura molto puliti. (Al contrario delle camera)
Ottimo servizio per la cena, tanti piatti in modalità self-service per soddisfare tutti, vegetariani, vegani, carnivori, intolleranti al lattosio, vasta scelta di cibi: carne, pesce, verdure, uova, frittate, piatti caldi, piatti freddi, vasta scelta di dolci, bevande e alternative al latte. Personale gentile e disponibile.
Noi eravamo negli appartamenti, purtroppo appartamento molto sporco con tanta polvere, ragnatele e ragni.
Letti e cuscini terribili e molto rumorosi, materassi molto vecchi e cuscini da buttare, ci hanno causato mal di schiena, abbiamo più volte segnalato la cosa, ma non ci sono state soluzioni. Questo ha compromesso parecchio il nostro soggiorno di 15 giorni.
C'è stato un malinteso dovuto alla descrizione su Booking, non veniva specificato che l'appartamento con piano mezza pensione premium non includeva la pulizia dell'appartamento e il cambio degli asciugamani, il costo di 40 euro per ogni pulizia di camera e 6 euro per ogni cambio asciugamano è stata una sorpresa, se era scritto sull'offerta di booking ci potevamo organizzare. Camere rumorose, se hai dei vicini che soggiornano sopra al tuo appartamento che non rispettano le ore di silenzio e spostano sedie o tavoli si fa fatica a dormire.

Spacious apartment with modern kitchen tools. The breakfast was tastful and there was a wide selection (drinks included in the dinner as well). The extra beds were really comfortable for the kids.
One of the single beds was scratchy.

Pool, soccer field, kids' play area
Bugs on the walls, bugs in the bed. When asking to change rooms, we were told there were bugs in other rooms too. They were crawling everywhere. From the outside, the place looks nice, but inside, the condition of the buildings is poor. In the hallway outside the apartment, there is a giant hole in the wall (??). Maybe we were just unlucky with our room, but we will not be returning to this accommodation, nor can we recommend it.
