Absolutely lovely. Such kind helpful owners.

The beds were so cosy and comfy. The house was artistically decorated.

We couldn’t find the heaters. But decided we were warm enough really. I suggest moving the tramp to the other corner of the yard away from the power box.

Beautiful, welcoming house. Awesome yard (except for the power poll which made some of us nervous). I like the decorations, and the location is great.

Not a fan of cockroaches. After handling 4 of them in my first night, I ended up buying some bug spray and spraying the house - worked perfectly but I would assume the owner can do that every 3 months themselves. Also many cobwebs and spiders. No salt & pepper. Getting out of the parking is challenging when the neighbour's car is there.

almost everything about the property was impressive and appreciated, particularly the size and layout and facilities (other than the beds - see below)

the bedding on the beds was quite uncomfortable for us unfortunately eg sheets weren’t the best, however that is an easy fix and other people wouldn’t mind

Exceptional

Charming cottage , clever little decor touches. Great for families, good sized garden for kids to run around in, and right next door to a park/playground. Close to Tahuna Beach. All the facilities you need, and everything very clean. We didn't meet our hosts but welcoming message and bottle of wine was a lovely touch. Great value for money.

It's close to the airport, which is no problem for us as our grandchildren are crazy about planes.

Quiet. Comfy beds. Good location. Appreciated the cooking oil being supplied. Loved all the magazines

Parking for 2 vehicles was awkward. Quite clean but still a few cobwebs Having salt and pepper supplied would have been handy.

Perfect.

The cottage was spacious and beautifully decorated. Loved it's charm. Had a great backyard with 2 decks. The host was very friendly and helpful. Great communication. I had lost something and the host went out of her way to check if I had left it at the cottage. Much appreciated.

Loved staying here. Hosts were so lovely. Definitely will be back next occasion we come too.

very spacious and clean. Kids friendly and things to keep them entertained like the outdoor space and what they like more was being so close to the park. Close to airport.

Loved the backyard, great for the kids with lots of room and they loved the trampoline. Beautiful home, set up nicely. Would stay again

Loud house, especially with a child and baby so if/when we stay again wouldn't take the kids or wait until they're older.

Great place, all the comforts of home. Nice private back yard

Only downside is the tight driveway as the neighbour's parks in the corner. Would be fine in a small car but I travel for work in a large van so was a little tight for me.

Beautiful Home My first expression was just WOW WOW WOW.. My lil family enjoyed it. Beds were super comfy..Loved the Kitchen and Dinning area.. Love that my children was able to play outside and the park next to it. Love the fire place it warmed up the house in minutes. Enjoyed our stay so thank you to your beautiful home for having my Lil family all the way from North Is. In waikato ... Highly recommended... 🥰

Actually for the price it was good value loved the house next time I will come in the summer time. The weather didn't help.

The place was cold. The fridge was dirty and the sink tap in kitchen was loose.

I think it would be lovely in the summer but a bit cold in winter

The house was clean and tidy with lots of quirky personal touches

It needed more warm bedding and better quality pillows please.

Fantastic

Beautiful cottage....will definitely book next time we are in Nelson.

The only problem we encountered was the power tripping every 20 minutes or so when the oven was on. This was a small irritation however and wouldn't prevent us from booking again.
