Great location

Amazing location, good size apartment, very clean

I expected at least some clean towels for a 4 night stay. I know there was a washer in the apartment but seemed pointless and a waste to use it for 2 towels.

Excellent location, well equipped apartment, but very loud/late night partying neighbors upstairs

The apartment was well equipped and clean. Arrival details were straightforward. The location is excellent—near the train station and restaurants.

There is no way to control this, but for two of the three nights I stayed there, the folks in the apartment above were partying and loud. The first night, they settled down at 4:30am; the second night it was 2:30am. So, you can hear a lot from other apartments within the building.

The apartment is excellent. We would definitely stay again (but take better measures for noise).

My spouse and I spent three nights at MM Suites Centre Terasse. The key is accessible via a lockbox and we had no difficulties in that department. We had no real contact with the hosts so can't make much comment about our experience with them other than having received an email with instructions for getting in. The apartment is well located within walking distance of the city centre, as implied in its name, as well as the Notre Dame Cathedral. The apartment itself was spacious, spotless, well organized, and well appointed, which after time on the road was very much appreciated. It is also exceptionally well equipped with everything you need for a longer stay, including a washing machine. There is even a small patio off of the kitchen, which was also super tidy and comfortable.

Nighttime noise can be an issue in the apartment, and is what prevented a higher score. The apartment was situated at ground level, with the bedroom facing the road, the window pretty much directly against the sidewalk as is the case with most of the buildings in the old city. While overall a fairly quiet street, night time revellers (Reims is also a university town) occasionally found their way from wherever it was they had been drinking, past the apartment with no apparent familiarity with the concept of quiet voices. Consequently, we were woken more than once late in the night from noisy passersby. Noisy cars driving by have the same effect. The hosts, clearly aware of this situation, do provide earplugs next to the bed.
