Nestled in Roslyn, this lovely house for $400 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Private, modern cabin in the Roslyn Ridge community. Lots of summer fun with heated pool and spa, workout room, tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball courts, playground, hiking, mountain biking and motorcycle riding. Winter escape w/ Snowmobile and snowshoe from cabin door to endless groomed snow trails in the wintertime. Enjoy the Mountain views from the covered private back deck and hot tub. We enjoyed our stay!

The size of the house was great for our family trip, lots of beds (7 adults, 2 teens 2 toddlers, 4 dogs). A couple of things to consider for large parties, the living space is fairly small and cramped, kitchen table was in the middle of kitchen so it was difficult to sit and move around the space. The sound echo's throughout the house, you can hear everything from loft to basement. The house listed AC but there is not central AC, just 2 portable units (loft and living room), there were fans in main floor bedrooms which helped but it was hot. We enjoyed the deck and outside space although there is not a good yard for dogs/kids to play in, lots of stairs to get down to gazebo, fire pit and hot tub.
The biggest issue was with the cleaning, we found at least 3 prescription pills in 2 different spaces. One pill in the bed of the basement room where toddlers where sleeping which makes us wonder if the sheets were actually changed and could have been very dangerous. Multiple light bulbs were out, remotes needed new batteries and the backs were missing so had a hard time using them. No backs on Xbox controllers so we weren't able to use them either.
Neighborhood was nice and quiet, very well kept up. We used the pool one day, it is also very nice but not sure if it's worth the $10 a day per person with Lake Cle Elum a short drive (Speelyi Beach was beautiful).

Beautiful cabin in a great location
We stayed here for Fourth of July week for a family vacation and to get our dogs away from the massive fire works blown off in Pierce County. The house did not disappoint, it is beautiful & in a great location for adventures in the area (Roslyn Farmers Market, First Creek rockhounding & the Fish Shed hiking trail were a few of our favorites) The back yard was very private for our family bon fire, hot tubing and a peaceful day reading a good book. I recommend this rental and will add a few suggestions. If you play video games they have a Xbox1 but bring your own controller(s), If you enjoy bon fires grab a stack of wood on your way in & don't forget your marshmallow sticks. The community pool does require reservations & is $10 a day per person. Lake Cle Elum, Speelyi beach is a short drive, fyi there is limited parking, but beautiful.

The house is well designed, lovely. We enjoyed using the kitchen and appreciated the many choices for beds/bedrooms. The level of cleanliness was not up to standard. It’s a big house, big! I think the cleaning lady could use a team.
Overall I would stay again, but I’d have a different set of expectations for cleanliness.

Our family endured loss of power during 113 degree weather so we had to make a move for our own sanity and comfort. I was extremely surprised to find this gem of a cabin only 30 minutes away that had availability when all other days the rental was occupied.
Our entire family was so happy once entering this home away from home. It was much larger than expected, impeccably clean and completely private. Most other homes in the area lean up against other neighbors, but this cabin was the perfect tucked away getaway surrounded by pine trees.
My husband and I still worked remotely and the wifi did not disappoint. It was a treat to login early on the back patio to a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise over the distant mountains. Although we didn't do a lot of cooking due to the massive heatwave, I couldn't find an amenity we didn't need, all the basics for cabin living were available. The A/C kept the entire home more than comfortable.
Our kids loved exploring and had so much space to play boardgames or Foosball, they each had their own level of this three story home to include the loft when needing their own time to themselves (its actually a lot of house for just our family, but in a good way!) We also very much enjoyed the community pool that overlooks the mountains and was never crowded. We had pool time everyday, but obviously did not partake in the outdoor hottub since the heat was too extreme.
Overall I'm so happy to find this place and we were all very upset to leave! Will definitely come back to visit!

Nice home
We stayed in this home for spring break and enjoyed all the amenities including an outdoor cabana and firepit. Property is spacious for large groups.
We were two families with kids and two dogs and we had enough space for everyone. Kids were in love with loft with their separate TV.
If you are travelling with Pets just keep in mind that backyard is not fenced. Overall we liked the property.

We hiked, sat in the hot tub, visited the state park, took a trip to the winery at Suncadia, kids enjoyed the play set, etc. The house was huge and had everything you could need. The kids loved the foosball table, games, etc. We can’t wait to come out again!!

This cabin was the perfect size and layout for our group of three adults and eight kids. Super convenient location to Roslyn and we all loved the pool! The property manager was great with communications.

Clean & well cared for
Great few days with plenty of space for sleeping. Beds were comfortable, and we all slept great. Kids had a blast in the loft and in the hot tub. The kitchen was small, but well stocked.

This Cabin is beautiful and very clean
We had a amazing time staying here. All of the beds are very comfy the scenery is beautiful and the owner is very responsive and easy to get a hold of if needed. The cabin has everything you can think of. It was very clean and relaxing. I am looking forward to renting it again !

Great property!
Upon check in there was a little mix up with the booking for another party from another booking site. But the owners were very responsive and addressed the situation and provided a prompt solution for everyone involved. They even offered us to pay for dinner for our family due to the mix-up. The property was stocked with plenty of clean towels and linens. The kitchen had all cooking and/or baking needs there were plenty of cookware, plates, silverware, ect. There was a coffee machine with filters and creamer in the cupboard. The back yard and both decks were private with a spectacular view of the forest and mountains. The house had a lot little touches that showed a lot of care went into it to be enjoyed. Cons: The water for the showers did not run very warm. We didn’t realize the checkout time was 10 AM which was early for packing up, showering, breakfast and clean up. The house keeper showed up while we were finishing up breakfast and we had to pack in a hurry. The housekeeper complained to us that they didn’t have enough time to wash all of the towels and bedding from the 8 beds with 1 washer and dryer even coming at 10 am. We let her in to start the laundry and helped clean the house before we left. We cleaned the kitchen, washed all of the dishes and took out all of the garbage to help. We would stay again and highly recommend this rental property to any friend, family member or associated. Our family had a great time on the first day of summer at Roslyn Ridge!

Great Cabin in Nice Area
The cabin was easy to find and there was plenty of parking, we had 5 cars parked and could've fit more. The inside was even bigger than we expected and there was lots of room for our group. Everything was clean and in working order, it was nice to have a grill on the back deck and the hot tub is great for cooler nights. The neighborhood is super nice, the only thing I was surprised about that I didn't notice from the pictures was how close other houses were, but it still felt pretty secluded. Instructions for check in and check out were simple and easy to follow! We didn't utilize the pool or basketball court or other amenities at the clubhouse but they looked really nice. I would definitely recommend this spot for a large/multi family trip or large group get together

Stunning and Peaceful
I am so happy that we discovered this cabin. We didn't want to leave! The cabin is spacious, open, and well-appointed. My kids thought the loft upstairs was the greatest thing ever. This trip was a getaway for myself, kids, and my parents. It was so nice that my parents could stay on the main floor and not worry about going up and down stairs. The town of Roslyn is adorable and fun. The lake and beach are a few minutes away. We can't wait to go back!

Place had lots of beds. Great communication with owners fast to respond back. Down stairs stayed nice and cool when upstairs got warmer during the day. Lake is about 5 min away! Lots of trails to ride bikes. The back yard has woods so you don’t feel like you are in a neighborhood. We would stay again.

Girls get away
We had such a wonderful trip, My Bestie and I and our kids enjoyed Staying at the cabin so much. It was the perfect restful get away and the kids had fun playing board games and Fortnite! So my bestie and I even had time to chat and enjoy each others company! The property was super clean and has the cutest decor. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time! Roslyn Ridge is our favorite community to stay in on this side of the mountains. The home was beautiful, clean and stocked full of games and plenty of space! The communication was quick and they were very accommodating. We plan to return!

Awesome stay at this cabin. Beautiful views with a private and secluded backyard of trees and wildlife. The house is very spacious and great for entertaining a large family and friends or just a quick getaway for 2 people. Friendly neighborhood with trails and everything you need to have a good time.

An Unforgettable Experience!
The entire process for renting this property was remarkably easy and fast. The owner made sure we knew our arrival date and the house was perfectly clean when we arrived. I was amazed at the view you get when your in the kitchen and making breakfast their made me feel like it was a home away from home. Not to mention all the nearby attractions! The dirt biking in the hills is gnarly, with lots of trails leading all over the mountains. Finally after my stay was over the owner made sure to reach out and confirm I had a great time! I highly recommend this property to any family or person that is looking for a break from daily life!
