Location is great and safe as it is close to the tram line 4 and 6 that takes you to most places quite easily. Check in and check out were easy and convenient.

The apartment excels in baseline cleanliness and basic provisions. Upon arrival, the bedding, fresh sheets, and bath towels were exceptionally clean and hygienic, and the entire layout had been thoroughly swept out. The utility design is highly convenient, featuring premium-quality toilet tissue, a gas hob in excellent condition, and ample power sockets positioned on almost every wall. Having flat-screen TVs in both the sitting room and master bedroom, alongside a cooling fan for the warmer weather, was highly appreciated.
As a professional chemical engineer, I must warn future guests about severe mechanical infrastructure failures. There is an active, toxic sewer gas leak emitting from the bathroom drainage system (due to a compromised p-trap or venting failure) that caused active respiratory and lung irritation, forcing an asthmatic member of our party to use an emergency inhaler. Furthermore, there is major listing misrepresentation: the advertised tumble dryer is physically non-existent, and the refrigerator’s internal icebox compartment was broken and crudely taped shut with brown parcel tape, causing our fresh groceries to spoil. Sharp construction drywall screws were left exposed on the bedroom windowsill, and loose TV cables trail across the floorboards as a trip hazard. Lastly, the advertised "soundproofing" is non-existent due to an open architectural gap connecting the dining room to the lower bedroom. Management completely ignored our correspondence and was highly dismissive when these safety hazards were raised.
