The location was fantastic, easy to walk to everywhere and when it became too hot easy to get transport.
It could just be me but the beds were a little hard and the fridge in my room was very loud (I compared with my friend’s room). Neither of these would be a reason not to stay!

We loved absolutely everything about our stay. The hotel is beautiful, extremely comfortable, peaceful, and perfectly located - close to everything. But above all, the staff were outstanding. Every single person was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. We truly felt cared for. This stay was actually part of our honeymoon, and it made it so special and memorable. If we ever come back to Ubud, we will definitely stay here again. One of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had.
Nothing at all! We honestly loved everything about our stay. The hotel, the location, the comfort, the atmosphere and especially the amazing staff were all perfect. We genuinely have nothing negative to say our experience was wonderful from beginning to end.

Location to Cafes/Restaurants
2x power points didn’t work. Pool turned green because the staff didn’t maintain it. Night staff sleep in the gazebo by the pool.
