The Sebel Yarrawonga Silverwoods

The food is always amazing and again thiis was outstanding. This is the first time we stayed overnight and the rooms were great.

Nothing, it was all good.

Location

Deck was not cleaned of cobwebs and bird droppings .Only one lounge chair to sit on in room

Breakfast was limited but evening meal was lovely with great service. I loved the location and the room was very comfortable. My husband loved the golf course.

I was really disappointed the spa wasn't opened for me to have a massage when we were there, I had to go into town to get an appointment

The room was very comfortable

The customer service and hospitality. When we arrived after a 6 hour drive, we just wanted to sit down, have a bite to eat and a cold drink. We sat down and we were told you can't sit here. We are setting up for dinner. It was 4pm. There was a table of 20 people nearby, they were not told to sit outside like we were. When I asked for a menu, the girl just said it's over there. When I checked out there was only 1 person at reception and she was on the phone, so I just had to wait for several minutes. When you are paying around $350 per night, I would expect customer service and hospitality to be of a very high standard, which we did not experience.
