The view, the condo as a whole, having a restaurant by the pool, very clean, friendly staff, the work out spot, it’s warm and welcoming.
That the pool closes at 10pm and no access to the water.

We enjoyed the pool and poolside restaurant/bar. The ocean view was amazing with some spectacular sunsets. The condo was actually very spacious for my family of 4. We liked being on the gated property with parking close to the elevator and stairs. The location was ideal to visit things in both Tampa, and Clearwater.
I didn’t find anything that I didn’t like about the property.

The convenience.
Condo is outdated. TVs are small and barely functional. Socket under tv pulls out when unplugging your device. View is nonexistent from balcony unless you’re leaning over the balcony. Fridge light doesn’t work but still works just fine just seems hotter than normal but actually kept my drinks cold. Bedroom window leads right out the lobby.
