Breakfast buffet was great! Room was super clean!
The room was too warm for my husband and the air conditioning system had not yet been turned on in the hotel because it was April. The window had a lock system on it so that it could only be opened a few inches. We notified the staff and they sent someone to unlock the window, but the room was still too hot for my husband so we had difficulty sleeping at night during the three nights that we were there.

Reception and bar staff are very kind, friendly, flexible.
Line manager of local staff from my point of you has to improve self communication with guests and staff as well. I don’t remember the name, but Her behavior seems to be playing the Big Boss 🤦🏽♂️😬 Will be better if you provide the room service .
