The view is absolutely amazing and worth every penny. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment with a beautiful sea view, and overall, we were very happy with our stay at Dollaku Apart-Hotel.
The hotel itself is relatively small, and it never felt crowded. There were plenty of free sunbeds, a clean swimming pool, and decent service. One of the biggest highlights is the private access down to the Adriatic Sea, where you can enjoy privacy, beautiful nature, and incredibly clear water. The whole place is very peaceful and calm, making it a great choice for couples and families.
The apartment was modern and newly renovated, with stylish furniture. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable, and everything felt clean and well maintained. The staff were also friendly and welcoming.
I would definitely recommend having a car if you stay here. The road is very steep, so even walking to the nearby shopping mall can be difficult. There are plenty of free parking spaces under a covered area, which is very convenient.
There is also a public beach about a 7-minute drive away. It can get quite crowded, especially after you get used to having your own private access to the water at the hotel! However, it’s still nice to visit the beachfront promenade, as there are plenty of restaurants and places to walk around.
Overall, we were very satisfied with Dollaku Apart-Hotel. The combination of the incredible view, peaceful atmosphere, private sea access, modern apartment, and comfortable stay makes it excellent value for money.

The property itself was beautiful and the views were incredible. It was a short drive to the main part of Dobra Voda where you can find most restaurants and shops as well as the beach. The apartments themselves were spacious and as advertised. The common areas were in beautiful, clean, and easily accessible.

The property is built into the side of the cliff, giving you direct access into the beautiful, clear, Adriatic waters. A real bonus! The swimming pool is also a nice size for those less adventurous. Our one bed apartment was large, with a separate bedroom, large balcony, and excellent AC (important when it’s 36 degrees outside!). Kitchen had a brand new oven and almost new washing machine. The shower is very spacious (although needs a new rainfall shower head). Plenty of parking. The breakfast is a really nice addition and they make small changes each day to what’s offered.
The kitchen in the room needs a refresh and restocked cutlery and plates etc., we only had 1 teaspoon and 2 forks for example. It would be nice to have a microwave or toaster. As everyone says, the road to the hotel is in need of serious repair (but this is not the hotels fault). I would also encourage the hotel to offer snacks from their bar area. You can only order drinks, I think they could make some extra money by offering some light snacks, sandwiches, burek etc., especially on a Sunday when everything in the area is closed.
