About this house rental
Modern terraced house with sea views and communal pool Casa Feliz is a newly built, modern and comfortable terraced house with magnificent sea views from the roof terrace. The spacious and luminous living room with dining area has a flatscreen tv and Internet access. It is air conditioned, so that the house can be used year round. The terrace is accessed from the living room and the kitchen and is furnished with a dining table. On the ground floor there is also a small shower room. The master bedroom with a double bed and a family bathroom en suite is on the first floor and has a small balcony. The second bedroom, also on the first floor, is twin and has a shower room. All bedrooms are air conditioned. Highlight of the house is definitely the large roof terrace with panoramic views of the countryside and ocean. It has a sunshade and is furnished with sunbeds. The communal pool with sunbathing lawn and some palm tres is open all year round.

VFT/CA/02333 Casa Feliz is located in a newly constructed residential area on a slope just outside the town centre of Conil (10 - 15 minutes walk). There is a supermarket within walking distance. The beaches of Los Bateles and Castilnovo are a 15 minutes' walk away.

hemos estado una semana. la verdad es que muy bien la casa. todo limpio y bien cuidado. bien ubicada a 15 min andando del centro y cerca de la oficina de la inmobiliaria. Recomendable 100%
