Great Property. Loved having the pool on the main floor.
I've stayed at other properties at HDM that are much higher priced because the finish-out is a little nicer, there are robes in the bathrooms, etc. However, for the money, this place was amazing.

This is a great condo. There are 4 bedrooms, condo can accommodate up to 8. very well decorated and all items you would need. golf cart and housekeeper that cooks excellent meals (Mallely was great). I would highly recommend for family or group trips. Walk right out to the pool, everything is very convenient. I will definitely return

Family of 7, loved the access straight out to the pool. Our housekeeper/breakfast cook was spectacular. Walking distance to town and we loved the surf beach club, great for beginner surfers with a sandy beach/no rocks.

The property and unit is perfectly situated inside the gates of Punta Mita, it's walkable to town through a private guest gate. Very clean and spacious, we were two families of 4 and never felt like we were squished. The kitchen has all the amenities to create a great dinner. Beds in all of the rooms are comfortable and the closet space is plentiful. The property owner and the concierge service were extremely attentive and accommodating. Would return in a heart beat!

My family of 5 had the best stay at this property. The listing description is very accurate and accounts for all the benefits of this property. Our breakfast and cleaning service was top notch and my kids loved the pool was right outside the back door. The one small detail is that isn't mentioned is the noise level expectations of the property. I appreciate the quiet hours of 10 PM-8 AM but even during the day, we were asked a few times to keep our voices down while my kids played in the pool and while walking around. That seemed to be difficult with three children 12 and under. Other than that little detail, everything was spectacular and we will be returning.

This was our 3rd trip to Hacienda de Mita, we love the location and facilities. However, this specific condo was definitely not at the same quality as others. It had lower quality/cheap furnishings and beds. They also did not include many amenities that make a trip fun - no music/Sonos system, no pool/beach toys for kids, no cards/games available to play. I will probably not rent this specific condo again and look to some others with a better overall experience.

The unit is absolutely beautiful - great decor and loved the ground floor access to the pool. Overall location is great too for easy access to the main restaurants outside of Punta. Only "issue" was the security was a bit unfriendly and extremely picky in terms of pool swimming and noise level. And we are not a party spring break group.

This property is beautiful and spacious, especially with the very large outdoor living area adjacent to the swimming pool. The unit is on the ground floor, making it extraordinarily easy to come and go from the pool to grab beverages and snacks, etc. In addition, be sure to make use of the six-person golf cart to go to the nearby private beaches, along with the in-home chef, who will make you delicious breakfasts and lunches. Highly recommended!

The home was spacious and clean and pretty. We loved the easy access to the pool and outdoors. An easy walk to town, too, where we enjoyed eating dinner. We had everything we needed and the concierge was also so helpful. The golf cart made everything accessible. We hope for a repeat!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was spacious for our family of 8 and we had everything we needed. The highlights were the pool just a few steps away, the daily breakfast, and the use of the golf cart. We loved every minute of our week in Punta Mita and would stay here again!

Really enjoyable trip. I loved Paul's unit - it feels like home. Pedro (our Concierge) was in touch and made our complicated plans happen without a hitch. There's so much to see and do. We even saw some whales, though it's still early in the season.

Perfect Vacation Home
We came with a family of 6 (2 adults,1 teenager and 3 young 20 something's) and this is the perfect vacation home for that. We have stayed at numerous Hacienda de Mita homes in this community but this was our favorite due to the pool literally being 100 steps (if even) from our back patio. The golf cart is amazing, loved being able to go to the multiple beaches and pools (Surf beach and Kapuri - favorite beaches; Sufi beach - favorite infinity pool on the beach), and loved being so close to the town (Punta Mercedes - our favorite restaurant). We initially learned about Hacienda de Mita when we were were looking for waves in Mexico. And this place does not disappoint. Obviously, it depends on the time of year, but great waves for boogie boarding at Kaprui and Surf beaches.
Daniella and Pedro (our concierges) were over-the-top amazing and were able to deliver on every one of our requests. Paul, the owner, was extremely accommodating and extremely helpful and responsive. Paul's vacation home came with a cook and house cleaner. The biggest treat ever! Irma made us breakfast and lunch every day and kept the house spotless.
For an excursion, we tried the ATV's this time. A great adventure. And the guys golfed one day and they said it was the best round ever! Expensive but it helps price wise if you go after 1pm for the twilight timing/princing.
We HIGHLY recommend this vacation home to anyone, regardless of the ages. The most relaxing and easy place ever! So nice to have direct flights to and from Denver, CO. Thank you so much, Paul!

Everything You Need!
My family had a great experience staying in Punta Mita. This luxury condo was perfect. It had everything we needed plus more. The golf cart was key to getting around to the Beach Clubs and surf spots. The condo also comes with Premiere Beach Club access which set us up with endless fun while we were there. The concierge service was excellent… They made all our reservations, had our groceries ready when we got there and checked in with us daily. The cleaning service was thorough and much appreciated. We had a fantastic time staying here!
