This inviting, end-of-terrace cottage is nestled in the village of Cornworth near Blackawton, and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.
Yennadon Barn is a stone-built, end-of-terrace cottage based in the village of Cornworthy, Devon. Hosting two ground-floor bedrooms, including a double and twin, plus a shower room, this cottage can sleep four people in two bedrooms. There is also an open-plan living area on the first floor with kitchen, dining and sitting areas. To the outside is an enclosed, decked, roof terrace with furniture and barbecue, along with ample off-road parking. Yennadon Barn is a well-equipped base for a family or couple at any time of year.
Amenities: Oil central heating with underfloor heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer. WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Wood and starter pack for wood burning stove inc in rent. Travel cot, (please bring your own linen), bed sides/guards, high chairs, booster seats, baby baths, potty's, changing mats are available on request upon booking. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off-road parking. Enclosed decked roof terrace with furniture and barbecue. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop within 3.3 miles, pub within 1.6 miles. Indoor shared facilities: heated indoor swimming pool (30ft x 18ft, 3ft deep), changing rooms, showers and WCs, sauna and steam rooms, children’s soft-cushion indoor playroom, table football, toy shed, and indoor leisure spa open daily from 8:00am-8:00pm. Outdoor shared facilities; heated outdoor swimming pool ( 1 metre in the shallow end slooping to 2 metres in the deep end ( approx) open daily subject to weather from last Bank Holiday in May to second week of September, sunbathing terrace, hot tub, tennis court (championship size) with complimentary racquets and balls, basketball net on tennis court, boules court, wooden swings, children’s adventure playground, 14-acres of grounds with footpaths to surrounding countryside and pubs
