Pleasant stay in a nice house

Very clean, large, and well equipped house about an hour south of Turin. Ample shopping and restaurants selections nearby. Kids loved the pool and the fully fenced yard was perfect for our German Shepherd.

Unangenehmer Aufenthalt

Auf den ersten Blick sieht das Haus zwar schön aus, aber es wird von Tag zu Tag schlimmer. Vor der Reise wird erstmal eine in der Beschreibung unerwähnte höhere Kaution fällig und ich sage euch, dass ihr diese wahrscheinlich nicht mehr komplett zurückbekommen werdet. Am ersten Tag bemerkt man, dass die Whirlpool Badewanne nicht funktioniert. Mitterdrin fällt dann auch noch mehrmals der Strom aus, beim gleichzeitigen Benutzen eines Föhns und des Backofens zum Beispiel. Die Vermieter kennen sich wohl nicht mit dem Unterhalt eines Pooles aus. Nach 4 Tagen wurde kein Chlor mehr nachgefüllt, sodass dieser aufgrund des Algenwachstums nicht mehr begehbar war. Am letzten Tag findet der mit Problemen bereitete Urlaub noch seinen Höhepunkt. Die Vermieterinnen sind total unfreundlich, fluchen auf italienisch und versuchen einem für alles die Schuld zu geben, sodass so viel wie möglich von der Kaution abgezogen wird und sehen ihre Schuld natürlich nicht ein. Das Verhalten von den Vermieterinnen ist unseriös, einschüchternd und aggressiv. Im Gegensatz dazu war der Übersetzer von den Vermieterinnen nett und freundlich. Abschließend möchte ich sagen, dass es sich nicht lohnt dort Urlaub zu machen, weil man danach mehr Stress als Entspannung hatte und deutlich mehr Kosten auf einen zukommen werden als geplant.

The Villa has a large garden with swimming pool and outdoor shower; large living room, kitchen, bathroom, living area and swimming pool, three bedrooms, one of which is master with private bathroom and walk-in closet and the other two with shared bathroom. Fabulous views of the city of Alba and the Langhe hills.
