Banyan tree stuff was extremely kind and accommodating. The location is stunning and the facilities are perfect . Then room service, activities and all the extra stuff is also great. I have been in alula 14 times , and this is one of my favorite places to stay. Everything there is easy and beautifully designed . We got upgraded to a villa with pool, and next time will book it because it makes all the difference, our family got to enjoy even in the hot hours . Thank you so much.

Very beautiful hotel located in the desert surrounded by the mountains. Professional staff. All attentive with us. The room was exceptional with a view on Maraya. The facilities are very good. The breakfast is amazing. Special thanks to the Chef. It's high level, all was perfect till the small details. Thank you again to everyone. I really recommend this hotel. It's beyond of one experience...

Before the official checkin time, staff kept calling to remind us to check out whereas they had already reminded me once when we were waiting for the buggy after breakfast. And staff kept coming to check the minibar. I requested a buggy at 12, while staff rang the bell 10 minutes before the requested time. It seems that they wanted to urge us to leave early so they can let other guests come. The last 30 minutes ruined everything. It was just 30 minutes and this is managed by Banyan Tree the world class resort group!
