The location is near the port and near sugar beach and kota beach so I like how convenient it is location wise
I feel like for the price I was charged I was expecting a clean room with atleast the basic amenities for guests such as slippers, tea or coffee or even just bottled water. The towels that were provided looks worn and old. I was also expecting the tv to work. Informed the lady at reception but until I checked out, it wasn't really fixed as I still wasn't able to use it. What made me really disappointed was when I first arrived, the washroom looked uncleaned, for me cleanliness of the room & CR is a priority. I also wentcto get hot water in their common kitchen and it was also untidy. I informed the staff of my concerns regarding the tv in my room, the cleanliness but the lady at the front forgot about it so I need to ask again. Hoping they could improve on this areas as each guests that stays in hotels such as theirs are expecting atleast to get their pennies worth. Also this review is not to criticize the hotel but to have them know their areas that needs improvement.
